I am scared of spiders. If I see one, I freak out. It's really fascinating I also get scared of people touching me and being in a room with other people who can see me, but these two come and go.

I have a massive phobia of wasps and bees. The other day I was sitting outside reading, saw a wasp, dropped my book and legged it back inside. I had to send my mum out to get the book. I'm such a wimp. -__-
I have a friend who has a phobia of feet and I have to agree that feet are rather strange looking.
Also, I'm really jumpy. Like... I hear my mum coming up the stairs to my room and, when she comes in, I still jump, even though I'm not doing anything suspicious. :/

Haha exact same! Although how do you mean about being in a room with people who can see you? I'm like that in class, I need to sit right at the front so I can't see anyone else or else I'd be too scared to speak/ask stuff.

I'm emetophobic - I'm terrified of me or anyone else throwing up... if anyone throws up I just run and run as far away as possible.
And spiders. I hate them.

i don't like moths, either. their constant flapping and stupidity makes me nervous. there is this terrible time of year in Palo Alto where there are caterpillars everywhere - EVERYWHERE - and they eventually turn into moths and god, its awful. two of my main fears in one, moths and anything in large numbers. anything.
for example, today i was walking down our street past the yoga studio, and a class for pregnant women had just gotten out so there were like two dozen pregnant ladies in yoga clothes on the sidewalk there, and i held my breath and booked it through the danger area. (for some reason when i get paranoid, i hold my breath. its stupid, i sometimes get sore ribs/stomach/abs the next day cause i get so tense)
i also cannot relax if my back is to an open room. if i'm not sitting along a wall, i'm jumpy and always looking around behind me.

wish patrick would've answered this question i asked him in the q&a. i have some: arachnophobia (esp. the big black ones with thick bodies and legs, fast-moving) acrophobia (i always dreamt of some sort of 24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_kqpzt5eNsU1qzpq4to1_r1_500.jpg things, clutching myself at horizontal ladders and there's sooo much space below) nyctohylophobia (my imagination runs riot, there are wild monsters everywhere!) / i am scared to death in the dark in generel, weird noises do not help at all! ophidiophobia (there came one through a little gap in my wall in my dream last night) claustrophobia (i really can't stand bunk beds) i really get so worked up about all of them. :/

nothing really to speak of except maybe some crippling form of social phobia. however, when i was really young, i used to have a lot of trouble walking around in most establishments with very high ceilings. it became physically impossible to look up and i frequently kept my eyes on the ground as i would feel this intense fear that i'd suddenly begin to float up, bob around the ceiling like a balloon, and eventually fall. i may have looked like i was blind the way i clutched to store shelves as i made my way through aisles.

Woah, everybody seems to have lots of fears. My worst fear is needles, I cannot look at all when being injected with things. In the past 6 months I've had 4 injections. I think it's my own fault for thinking too graphically about how it must go between the cells, or does it pop them? Eurgh. *shudder* I also have a fear of rejection, especially by my friends. I think this is irrational, because I think they actually like me, but shit friendships/complete lack of friendship through Primary school kind of made me paranoid about people in general, and also annoyingly quiet. Birdsheart, that picture is horrific! I don't know how they could do that. I'd like to, but only firmly in the knowledge that I was strapped on and not going to fall, but they aren't even holding on. Woah.

My friends hate wrists too, vultures! They spent about 10 mins flapping about them in registration. I love wrists though. Sorry if I ever touched you when you were scared Florence (trying hard to no sound rapey..) I am overly tactile at times! I am not good at being underground, if I think about being underground. Also, fucking potholing URGH. So, small spaces and all that. I'm also very paranoid about getting raped/men being in my house/kidnapping etc. Every 'true life' story I read infiltrates my brain and makes me think it'll happen to me. As an afterthought, flying ants and daddylonglegs can GTFO of my life. I also have a fear of rejection, especially by my friends. Ditto! Although occasionally mine is rational, ahha. Or at least backed up. I know what you mean though, it's hard to get out of that frame of mind.

Normal(ish) fears: spiders, insects, the dark
I also have quite bad Trypophobia (if you don't know what it is, look it up)
I'm quite a neurotic person in general.

Haha exact same! Although how do you mean about being in a room with people who can see you? I'm like that in class, I need to sit right at the front so I can't see anyone else or else I'd be too scared to speak/ask stuff. Ahh, see I've always sat right at the back and preferably in a corner, so no one can see me (or rather I can see if they can see me), and I can see everyone else If I feel someone sat behind or to the side of me it can get super uncomfortable. I specifically remember my science lessons in year eleven. I was sat on a stool, in the middle of the large, front right desk. I had a cluster of people behind me and to all sides of me. I always had double lessons of it, and it was like torture. I'd have to get up and walk to the back of the room, or go to the toilet like twice every lesson to escape, and the WHOLE TIME I was sat there I was tense and preoccupied about it, and thus not learning very effectively. My teacher thought I had issues because sometimes I used to sort of cry and he always saw. It sounds stupid now, but it was hell. Sorry if I ever touched you when you were scared Florence (trying hard to no sound rapey..) I am overly tactile at times! Naw it's okay, I felt comfortable the whole time because I was in my own house (and around friends).
