Inspired by my love of Disney, and drunk Rebekah's irrational amount of posting about Pocahontas.
Best Disney Film?
Blatently The Little Mermaid. Beauty and the Beast is AMAZING as well.
Best Disney Song?
"Provincial Life" from Beauty and the Beast, "Part of your World" from the Little Mermaid, "Colours of the Wind" from Pocahontas...
What does everyone else think?

I've only slept two hours, and now I'm awake, because I cannot sleep and I'm all.. nervous for the rest of the day. So, I am so sorrrryyyyyyy. My favourite Disney movie, and actually, of any movie, is The Lion King. I could not even possibly imagine picking a favourite song. I am not that coordinated.

BEST FILM: How can you ask this of me??? Bambi, aladdin, jungle book, cinderella, sleeping beauty, beauty and the beast and lady and the tramp all have equal first place.
SONG: I agree about provinicial life, part of your world and colours of the wind, but you can't forget the bear necessities (jungle book), I wonder (sleeping beauty) some day my prince will come (cinderella) and bella notte (lady and the tramp). Overall favourite however is colours of the wind, it's such a meaningful, darn good song.
EDIT: I forgot "A whole new world" from Aladdin. That is an amazing song.

Some Day My Prince Will Come is Snow White!
Also, you see my troubles! That's why I vaguely wanted to start a thread, but I'm too scared to start threads.. I have such a hard time choosing favourites. It's difficult.

A Whole New World is epic. Love it.
And I like the Aristocats, because it's in France and they're all jazzy

I'm sorry- I actually meant "A dream is a wish your heart makes" from Cinderella, but my brain fog mixes things up at times (hides under a rock).

I liked the Aristocats because they're CATS. And I love cats...
I'm so sad I couldn't find my Aladdin DVD last night. I'm going to have to hunt it down, or I'll be sad.

I quite like Mary Poppins. I think I've ruined it for myself though with my remake: Scary Poppins.
She kills the children at the end.
More importantly and off topic, Liz has just told me that Bishi is auditioning for guitar playes for Patrick's birthday party. I can't play guitar. Thats sad.

I feel like I'm supposed to know who they are??? But THAT IS SO HORRIBLE. Honestly, I know I sing terrible.. I wouldn't subject anyone to that in public. Just those that know me. And listen to my drunken voice posts. Though, I must say, I'm quite proud of my rendition of Colors of the Wind...

Ugh, you don't really need to, you just need to appreciate the hilarious of someone singing that badly on national TV. FOR CHARITY.

Old Disney films>New Disney films with good graphics. Agreed. Did anyone else find that Finding Nemo really wasn't as great as everyone said it was?

I dunno. Lion King was awesome. I think that time was kinda the Golden Age of Disney. Then I thought Mulan, Pocahontas et al were really quite shit. But the Disney Pixar ones are quite good, in my opinion.

Nah, they're all too nice and educational. Like 'Cars'. The fucking tagline was "A film about friends". NO! just... no. Disney films should have princesses and scary baddies and innuendo.
