*gasp* a male cosplayer? Tis a dying breed of wonderful. One day I'll post some cosplay photos. They aren't bad, really. I take better pictures in costumes than in not costume. I've given up on it to be honest. I look too old to pull any look off without looking stupid and it costs money.

But Sora so obviously loves them both, you guys. It's a threesome, don't taint their love! How dare you involve a girl in the equation! Sora likes butt sex, that is all. And Sora so obvously loves Riku and Riku so obviously doesn't give about Kairi, and Kairi doesn't do ANYTHING useful. ANYTHING. I think fangirls turn to yaoi because the idea of their love with another girl is too much to bear. A hot guy? By all means okay

Yeah, Sora might. But Riku loves the vagina! They have a system, don't question them! Fine, but I'm not happy about it ¬_¬

Yeah, it is an expensive hobby. I just have one costume that I intend to wear until I grow out of it.

Does he do the same when he meets Kairi? nuh-uh. I'm confused, so you think yaoi fangirls are closet lesbians? Or, that yaoi is sexually non-threatening but girls can still relate to the characters?

The Little Mermaid was my favourite in elementary school, but Beauty & The Beast became better to me with age. Sadly my Disney videos from childhood were sold on ebay for someone's goat to chew. Because no one has VCRS anymore. R.I.P. video cassettes. I liked the Aristocats because they're CATS. And I love cats... I'm so sad I couldn't find my Aladdin DVD last night. I'm going to have to hunt it down, or I'll be sad. You have to hear this cover of "Everybody Wants To Be A Cat"!! www.box.net/shared/o4zdkfaex7

The Little Mermaid and Aladdin are massive parts of my childhood so are probably my favourite. But most underrated Disney movie ever goes to The Hunchback of Notre Dame because it was all kinds of awesome - particularly the gypsy guy who I wanted to be aged about 8 - and whenever I bring it up people are always like "what?". But it exists. And is awesome.

Haha, oh man. If Kairi really exploded... That would just be amazing. I have never played any Final Fantasy games. I feel bad! My roommate plays them, though. And I don't like the whole.. turn-based fighting thing. I can't get behind it. I would probably go nuts and just want to hit them all with my BIG SWORD. This is why I like Kingdom Hearts! I get to take my aggression out on the heartless.

Neither. Girls are naturally jealous of the girlfriend of the boy they love. But if the boy is with another boy, and both boys are cute, well that's just fine and dandy. And also, I believe that girls like yaoi in the same way that guys like girl-on-girl action. It's just natural, I guess.

Which is why I couldn't bear to beat him in Kingdom Hearts, even though he totally killed me anyways. I've never played the games though, which sucks. I can bluff my way through playing FF7 though. But hell. I love when people ask me if my bag relates to a video game. Then I can go all 'blah blah owen pallett blah talent blah violins blah blah I'm going to marry him blah.'

I think I used to talk to them when I was eight, just cos I thought they were friendly. Edit: So many posts in a row.. I feel guilty..

Why did I let this thread get to four pages before I started replying? A hex upon having to work over the Summer... My favourite Disney films are - and always will be - The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast; The Little Mermaid because you can really see something starting (namely, Howard Ashman infiltrating Disney and instilling a lot of much-needed emotional impact into their films, not to mention a whole barrage of outright gayness), and it was the first film I truly connected with on every level; and Beauty and the Beast, because it's a - technically - better film, the score is incredible, and Belle is in no way as grating as Ariel can be. I have a place in my heart for Lilo & Stitch, though. "Provincial Life" from Beauty and the Beast It's called 'Belle' [/Disney nerd]. It's one of my favourite songs, too. Also, extreme appreciation for 'Poor Unfortunate Souls' from The Little Mermaid, 'Heaven's Light / Hellfire' from The Hunchback of Notre Dame and 'If I Never Knew You', a song that was cut from Pocahontas, which a lot of people now know as a godawful, over-produced R&B schlockfest, much to my annoyance. I guess the Disney Films I did actually really like where the two Toy Story films. It's sounds mental but I actually sort of related to Buzz Lightyear. The bit where he comes to term with the fact he's just a toy= moving. New board rule: anyone who discusses the Pixar films as if they are part of the Disney canon will henceforth be subjected to death by a thousand cuts. I am very passionate about this - clearly, vitally important and rational - opinion of mine, and I'm only have joking when I mention ritual torture. That said, the 'I Will Go Sailing No More' sequence in Toy Story - where Buzz attempts to fly, and then falls on the ground and breaks his arm - is one of the most moving peices of film I've ever scene. That it's followed up by the true genius of Sid's sister having a tea party with Buzz and a bunch of headless dolls only adds to its brilliance. More tea, Mrs Nesbit? Most of the songs are good, and in different ways, but I think a lot of the movies focus too much on the musical bits and too little on the plot. But they were animated musicals! The music was kind of the point! And, being musicals, the plot was all there as long as you listened to the words. On that note, I think Pocahontas is storytelling genius; they cover so much ground in the first half an hour that you've gotten to know the characters, established a rift between the two camps, had Pocahontas and John Smith conduct their elicit love affair, and shot the shit with a talking tree. Awesome. (On the subject of talking trees, it always irritates me when people point out how 'surreal' the Studio Ghibli films are, and how you wouldn't get that sort of thing in Disney films; we're talking about elephants on LSD and furniture that can think for itself here, bitches.) But most underrated Disney movie ever goes to The Hunchback of Notre Dame because it was all kinds of awesome - particularly the gypsy guy who I wanted to be aged about 8 - and whenever I bring it up people are always like "what?". But it exists. And is awesome. Agreed. Also, evidence if ever evidence was needed that Disney aren't the fluffy bunny-peddlers that people often associate them with. The score is beyond phenomenal, too. I'm not in love with a cartoon lion. Oh no, not at all. Try searching The Lion King on deviantart; some of that shit is bananas. Notably, Lion King / Pride of Bagdhad slash. Christ on a bike! Darth skirt-wearing Riku, however. Now that was just hell to beat. It took me about three weeks to knack Riku. I wish I was joking. I've given up on Kingdom Hearts II, though. The pretense of non-linear gaming is what I've always liked about the Squaresoft games, so the fact that the characters blatently tell you what to do next does me in. 'Have I seen The Beast? I think I saw him heading towards The West Wing. Yes, I'd definately check out The West Wing, if I wanted to find The Beast. The West Wing is one of The Beast's favourite places to cool his heels while he's waiting for his GHD's to warm up. What are you still standing there for? I told you; The Beast is in The West Wing. I'm a fucking teapot, for fucks sake, and I even I could work that one out! Moron.' Hate. Cheerio, Michael. xxx

The Aristocats is my favourite Disney film, because I love cats, and the songs and animation are really good. It's quite under-rated considering how good it is.
