What a beautiful song it is too, although unfortunetly it's fading from my memory - i keep remembering the 'Orion, the plough' line.

The day I first listened to WITW was by a long shot one of the best days of the last year. Made me so happy, I only hope the new album will surpass that, I have no doubts that it will...

He played "Magpie" I'm sure, and said it would be on the new album... It's going to be the next album's staple bird-themed song... Stay tuned for magpies fluttering about the artwork, I wouldn't be surprised! Cheerio, Michael. xxx

i hope to hear studio version of all those songs mentioned! i hope he decides that all the songs in cluding blue bells, theseus, mag pie, and let's go [get lost?] would be appropriate for the album!

'The Stars' was great - i loved the fact it was old school patrick, maybe the next album will have more of a mix of the previous 2

I get the impression that early, homeless songs like Theseus, Beastiality etc will be saved for that CD we were told about a while ago (The Acne Tapes?).
Magpie and (The) Stars were confirmed for the new album though...
Personally I just want tap-dancing and I'll be happy.

I'm glad I'm not the only one still waiting for The Acne Tapes - from what I gather, 'The Hairy Song' was always meant to be on there, too... Cheerio, Michael. xxx

i hope (well, i'm almost sure) it'll be more then just a mix of the previous two. and Acne Tapes would also be a nice thing to listen to. i may be wrong, but i think i read somewhere that some Maison Crimineaux stuff will probably be put on there too.

Sometimes I feel like we've been doing this for too long Mister Michael. What did you think of the Scala gig? Do I have to post in a different thread...I'm not really up with these message board things.
