Yay! They aren't pointless rants then! Hopefully they make some sense to you. Whenever I write something I always worry about whether or not it is understandable.

Dear Fabbit, I should like to meet you someday. There aren't enough Wolf children in this area.

I would enjoy meeting you too. There aren't! So very sad. Maybe if he comes this way I will see you at a concert. I have a feeling he will do a more extensive US tour because of how much he supposedly enjoyed the US this time. Hope it isn't 21+ though.

Oh, I know. I hiked all the way up to NYC for the early April shows. I've heard that he's coming back around September. Fortunately, I will be living in Queens by then! Still, I would love to see you.

I figured that I'll make my way up to NYC next time. I've never been there, even though I go to New York every summer. My boyfriend has already promised that he would take me up there for the next concert. You're going to college in Queens, then? I'd love to go to college in NYC, but my parents don't seem to feel the same way.

I wound up going to NYC in May for Patrick. My mother is still kind of mad at me for it.

I wound up going to NYC in May for Patrick. My mother is still kind of mad at me for it. Yeah. My dad drove me up there because he wouldn't trust me to drive in that city... Not that I would trust myself, either. But yeah, it was super nice of him to do that for me, and to make him do that again would be like using him, so I have to be careful. But they're giving me some good money and I'm going to do photography, so I'm super excited. Plus... IT'S NEW YORK.

St Johns? Never heard of it. Maybe I'll stop by there when I'm doing my college tours? It is New York. Who WOULDN'T want to be there? I'm taking a look at a lot of colleges in the Boston area as well, Boston University most specifically.

Boston is a great school, too. A friend of mine is going there.

I would absolutely not want to drive in New York! My friend and I took the train up. If rumors turn out to be true and he's coming back in September, as unlikely as it sounds, I'd have to bum a ride off one of my friends with a car. It's like pulling teeth with some people. New York is a great city, but I've always been partial to Baltimore, since I've lived next to it all my life...

Oh, I didn't realize you were another Baltimore person! Do you ever go to Sonar?
Getting lost in Baltimore, though, is ridiculous. I thought my friend Jess and I were going to die when we went to see Dandi Wind there on Friday.

Yeah, I live two blocks away from the city/county line.
Sonar isn't the best venue ever, but I do kind of love it dearly. I've been there three times total, but I went to my first gig ever there, oh fond memories. I definitely understand about getting lost even though I know some nicer parts of the city fairly well: a wrong turn is a wrong turn!
Edit: 333rd post, how special.

222??? How weird! We are meant to be.
Yeah. We had to ask cops for directions and stuff. That's the second time that has happened to me in Baltimore. People were riding their bikes around us at 3 AM.

I almost don't want to make another post (oh well).
That certainly sounds like the city to me. (You can tell I'm from around there... it's "the city" to me.) Second most dangerous city in America, I do love you.

I don't really like Baltimore all that much, except the aquarium. I have a love for that place. and yes, you can't go to Baltimore without getting lost. It's almost impossible to not get lost. Personally, if I had to choose a venue around here it would be Merriweather. or 930. but I don't like DC all that much.

The aquarium is ace. I used to love the rainforest part. I have an obsession with poison dart frogs.

The aquarium is pretty great, even though I haven't been in a while.
But really, all the touristy parts suck. All they want to do is sell you Don't Bother Me I'm Crabby t-shirts. I've fallen in love with Fell's Point; it has the best record store.

I used to have one of those shirts! Baltimore is too far away, so we go there mostly for relatives visiting, which means it's usually the touristy parts. For my 16th birthday, my parents took my boyfriend and me to the aquarium instead of me having a party. That's how much I love the place. Fell's Point? I'll check it out sometime. Do you buy stuff at Record & Tape Traders? That's my favorite place to buy cds.
