oh gosh i'm just back from a show and that's the best show i've seen so far this year, the drummer is a killer and the two others (synth / accoustic and electric guitar / and some home made instruments (empty bottles of wine) ) are just perfect, i was super into it though i went to the show to see le corps mince de francoise (which was also good but finally i liked micachu better)
i know they did the opening of the recent patrick wolf shows in england, gosh seeing micachu + patrick wolf must have been wonderful hope to see them playing again very soon ♥ ♥ ♥
i haven't put my ear on the album songs yet (that might be slightly different, cause i think they did some impro), got a 7" and i'll see but live it's just incredibly great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have the live insight, but the album ( Jewellery) is fantastic. I bought it about a week ago and it's pretty much had constant play since. I'd imagine live it's brilliant, and yeah I could definitely imagine it would have to have an element of improv. Hopes they come here, but looks like their current shows are all in europe. In a kind of odd comparison, I was sort of reminded of The White Stripes debut album when I was listening to it (which is great, I love that album), especially tracks like 'Sweetheart.' Obviously both bands are immensely different, but yeah, first listen led my mind to think of the white stripes. Anyone have an insight into the guest on 'Ship' ?... album booklet says Man Like Me but I can't find anything online (aka Myspace). edit: nvm - www.myspace.com/manlikeme

I saw them/her (I never know how to reference this band...) at Heaven with Patrick and I really loved it, and they seemed really surprised how much people liked them too. I don't have the album yet, but from the tracks I've listened to, I actually think it doesn't do it justice compared to what I heard live. There's something a big magical about watching it all happen.

I saw them recently, and they were really great. Didn't know them at all, but I had an empty spott in that day on the festival, so I went to see them. They were at least to say very interesting Only problem is I can't find their cd anywhere here Then, desperate as I was I searched to download it, but I didn't found it on the internet either! And that really sucks.
