oh god.. I know exactly what you mean. I'm sometimes in the same situation. Can you please live in my neighbourhood? That would be so cool. And don't worry about posting it here because that's just what this thread is for. *virtual hug* I hope things are getting better for you.

^ you don't need a webcam. Just go there and have fun: chatroulette.com/ (Users online: ..haha, nice number. edit: endless sign didn't work ) today the thought came to my mind that chat roulette is the most unromantic way to count how many people are having an orgasm at the moment. Imagine this in 'Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain'... ugh. (I'm sure you all know the scene that I'm referring to. )

BEER! the other art students made me drink lots of red wine(oh we're so intellectual..) in the past few moths. Absolutely none of them ever drank a stupid beer at a party. It definitely was time for beer today. I should buy some cider and mix it with guinness. yum.

"take two cows teide": The only thing I can imagine is that he's referring to the song of wood pigeons how it is mentioned in Witherby’s Sound-Guide to British Birds. "The book I have always found most useful is "Witherby’s Sound-Guide to British Birds" (H.F.&G. Witherby Ltd., first published 1958, reprinted 1970), which when I bought a copy many years ago, came complete with two 12 inch double sided records. The song of an individual bird can be described by the rough and ready method of using syllables or phrases. By whispering these to oneself it is possible to approximate the pitch and to mimic the song. The song of the Woodpigeon, for example, can easily be recalled by remembering the phrase: "take TWO cows Taffy" (try whispering this) which is often repeated in whole or in part." www.bna-naturalists.org/mags/sprg-summ02/dawn-chorus.html ..but why does he say teide instead of taffy?

i was wondering why there was no french forum, for french fans, because as you can see, it's hard to speak english ahah You'll get better in English by and by Also I think a mixed forum is far more interesting. There also is no german forum for german fans. I couldn't believe how many germans I've met at the Palladium show. There was also one guy who is at the same uni like me but we never met before. That was quite funny. When Patrick asked me where I was from and I said "Germany" his answer was "Oh Germany. so many german fans here tonight. That's kind of strange."

This is the funniest Chat Roulette video i've seen; this guy is really good. oh that's really good! "3 3 3 3 3 3. motherfuckin' 3. this girl is serious about the number 3" scary guy after the "hey, what's up"-guy. ETA: chat roulette presented to me 4 masturbating people in the past few minutes.

the most extraordinary and nerdish (is that a word?) text I've read last semester was 'Photography & Fetish' by Christian Metz. I had to read it for a presentation. There were a lot of interesting statements on indexicality, how photography is linked with death and if rather film or photography can become a fetish and why. And of course he couldn't resist to compare the "click" of the shutter with castration. When you're interested in photography (or fetishism or film or death or strange theories in general..) you should read it ..and you don't even have to translate everything like me.

it's amusing that there is a debate on mitigation of the celibacy while there are more and more cases appearing with ecclesiastics as rapists. Also here's a rape film without Kevin Bacon which I found quite disturbing: The free will. The scenes after first 5 minutes of the film are the disturbing ones.. It's really worth to watch the whole movie to see his development and the dramatic end. part 1: stagevu.com/video/exljspsbgxwp part 2: stagevu.com/video/spxzvtjdsdvf

Dreaming Impressions .. I missed both past dates but I don't want this thread to die. My suggestion is to make a themed week instead of a day. It doesn't work with one day. Also we could add own themes. --------------------- As it already is the 16th... Balance

I'd say maximum 2 weeks. Alterable 1-2 weeks are good. It should depend on how discussible a film is.
I watched Is Anybody There? but it didn't make me want to make a statement. Probably I'll write something little about it tomorrow. Also, I want to watch Brick and find out whether I'm in the group that likes it or not

when I saw mimicry's tape bodies(which I think are awesome) these lush horses came to my mind immediately (he also made lots of bodies like the ones that you did, so probably you know him : nice concept: I didn't post it earlier because I couldn't remember the name of the artist. It's Mark Jenkins

As far as I can remember it takes some years. I think I've read that somewhere in the general terms and conditions. Though, the result that you're asking for is not profit.

Today I wanted to work on my plates and print some woodcuts but I met there a friend and we had a disenchanting talk instead of working. Mostly she talked about her incredible/amazing/fabulous/omg-boyfriend while I thought she was interested in me. not cool.

21+26
my mum's age is a bit creepy because she's not the only one in my family who had their baby with 21. Both grandmas and my cousin were at the same age (maybe my aunt too but I'm not sure). I'm 21 and I won't continue this 'tradition'.
