I'm SO pissed off right now. Looks like im going to have to go all the way to Leeds to get a copy as it doesn't look like HMV or Virgin the only local music shops in Bradford i am aware of, are stocking it. Ordered it in HMV and apperantly im the 3rd person to, which is a good sign considering Bradford has little in the way of "alternative" culture. But yes the girl on the check out at Virgin said something about The Libertine selling really well and said their would be loads of copies of the album but the supervisor said no not at this branch in a really blunt and annoying way. Only smaller shop in Halifax is a no no as well.

I won't usually download an album.. only the odd track, I get worried I won't get the best quality.. plus I love the artwork.

I'm a dedicated downloader unless its bands i really love and who need the support.
I'm poor, and would rather have official verisons, but beggers can't be choosers till they can find a bloody job.
Soulseek is my best friend.

I love downloading music, but if I like 2 or 3 songs i'll get an album, I won't ever usually download a whole album, (unless the CD isn;t out for AGES!).

I went into HMV and Virgin today but neither of them had it. I just ordered it online. Can't wait!

I managed to pick up a copy in Fopp, who were carrying plentiful copies (they had Patrick on the New Releases rack at the front of the shop, right next to Tori Amos, one of this week's biggest releases, which can't be a bad thing), albeit at a frightening £15.
Avalanche Records, one of Glasgow's better independent record shops, had it for £9.99.

Avalanche Records is great! I couldn't be bothered travelling all the way to Glasgow for one cd, though.

We don't have a decent record store anymore. Just a department store (no Patrick to be found...). I've ordered off the internet, so I have no idea when I'll get it. Hope this week at least.

I got the only copy they had out at the local hmv...But 3 of my friends have asked for it as they like the sound of it....And as they only like hip hop...That is telling you something!! ;D..So I must now go and hunt for 3 more to buy for them! Sharan x

I found it no problem at all. HMV in Manchester weren't giving it promotional shelf space so it was in the standard Rock/Pop racks. They were, however, giving it a new release price, so I got it for £10.99. Yay!

I got it on vinyl today from probe. It's pretty sexy. And a bargain at only 9.99!

sods at my record store have been charging 30 dollars for my cd's when their not even imports and they take forever to order up from their city store. because i live in the country. so i finally got bp's album and that took forever to wait for i ordered wind in the wires at the same time and i still haven't got it. so instead of waiting and paying heaps tomorrow i'm going downtown to jb hi fi. they get all the imports and are reasonable on their prices aswell. i can't wait any longer for patricks album, i feel jealous that one bloke who i got listening to patrick wolf already has the album and i don't wish me luck in getting it a jb. i should be able too. what do you think the chances are of also finding lycanthropy here?

I got my copy from Virgin in Bradford. They had a number of copies If one Virgin is stocking it, it's more than likely all Virgin shops are stocking it... It tends to be different with HMV. My friend, who's worked for both companies, once explained to me why - something along the lines of Virgin have to stock what the company tells them to stock, HMV are allowed to be more flexible - but, to be honest, it was all terribly boring. I find both shops over-priced, anyway... Cheerio, Michael. xxx

Cheerio, Michael. xxx I just wanted to write that for the people in Germany it's quite easy to order it on the tomlab site - the price is 4,50 Euro - so this is okay and shipping 1,67.... I don't know about foreign countries, ... but what about amazon or ebay?
