Can any Americans here share their experiences with the PW store?
How long did it take to get your items, particularly... albums?
I ordered Lupercalia on the 19th and I'm trying to gage when it'll get here. I'm growing impatient too. I want to listen to it in the car and at home and where ever so bad! ;D
I emailed the store (Sandbag.uk.com) but didn't get a straight answer.
Thanks for any input!

Over in the ''Lupercalia: Different Formats Thread'' we were discussing this saying how crap Sandbag are in responding and when they do their answers are very lackadaisical....I live in Ireland and my boxset came Thursday I believe. So it seems the further away the country is the longer it'll take. Firebrand are much quicker. I know most of the U.S. + Canadian wolfies have mentioned they're still waiting so hopefully it'll come before the week is out. Good Luck.

Canadians had a postal strike to deal with. Mine was shipped on the 17th but I don't have it yet (luckily the strike ended today).
So they should send an email to say it's shipped at least. From my experience things take about a week.

however you can not really trust that shipping email from sendback... it's an automated email but does not automatically have a connection to your individual order. delivery from the uk to germany does take longer than it should, given the distance, but over a week is clearly a bit long. (especially if a play order, that ships from jersey which has different tax rules and therefore has to go through customs and is generally not handled like an inner-european order, is faster). with other sendback orders i've also experienced that occasionally deliveries to australia were faster than to germany or france. netherlands was really quick. this time round, netherlands had to wait longer than germany. in one case i know of, delivery to london (sent from reading) took longer than the delayed germany/france orders. so it is really really random. let me guess, if you contact sendback, they tell you that given your location you should allow at least 5 working days and they can only intervene (as in: contact their postal service to claim a loss of the parcel and maybe send you a new one) after about 3 weeks?
there's sadly nothing you can do, showering their "customer service" (HAHAHAHAHAHA) with emails at least seems to annoy them a bit so they might at some point actually be bothered to have a look at your individual order.
am i bitter? yes i am.

Thanks guys, for your insight on the matter!
The US iTunes store now has Lupercalia. I think it went live today. And I've been checking everyday anyway so I was ELATED to see it there. So I downloaded it this morning. But I'm still looking forward to my physical copy. Whenever that arrives! Hahaha.
