So, hello, then!
I've been kind of lurking about for a while now but then I decided to stop being a loser and actually get an account and talk to people. So hi!
Um, I'm Jessica or lunamorgan or iamapatientgirl depending on what part of the internet I'm on. I live in Chicago currently but I've lived all over (the United States, nothing that interesting).
I'm 27 (just turned) and I'm engaged (we're having our civil union next month) to the loveliest woman in the world. I have two cats?
I'm honestly not sure what to say, so perhaps people who care to know anything else had better ask. I'm not shy generally so as long as it isn't creepy I'll probably answer. Nice to finally meet?? you all.

welcome jessica on a random note: i love cats, i wish i could have one, but i'm too random and you cannot do that to any animal. but aww cats <3 I'm so lucky, they are the loveliest two cats. Orpheus is a big boy cat with a black coat and green eyes and the friendliest disposition. He wants constant attention and all of the food in the world. His sister, Eris, is a bizarre little girl with a white coat with tabby splotches here and there and one green eye and one blue eye. She's odd and acts like human attention is utterly disgusting unless she comes to you first. I found them as strays, basically, when they were about 3 months old. I'm sure you'd do fine with a cat, so long as they get fed and the little changed and you play with them every so often. Cats are very bright and usually quite independent. Thanks for the welcome!

I call it marriage most of the time as well but it does help distinguish a bit, I guess? There's no real difference but it is a lazy way of making it clear that my partner is a lady type. ;D I love cats and dogs but my apartment is pretty small so I feel like it's better suited to my cats than to the sorts of dogs I tend to like best (I'd love to adopt an Irish Wolfhound but it seems wrong for a city apartment.) Nice to meet you!

^ my flatmate just got a rabbit, so for the time being I can't have either... well, rabbits are sweet too, but I don't know whether it's only ours, but I makes such a mess, I suddendly find dogs very tidy yeah same-sex marriage, kind of weird that it isn't even yet allowed in all industrial western countries...I don't get it. my former headmaster is a politician of a rather conservative party and he once said in an tv interview he would be against it, because "it's not the same as a real marriage between a man and a woman" oh really? so what does he know? glad I don't have to go to school anymore, there are really too many conservative minds for my taste...
