So, as I'm ever since the fabulous gig in Cologne this month finding myself digging here for Patrick related stuff and enjoying it endlessly ;D (I demand the "how Patrick Wolf makes us laugh" thread to be revived, god did I spend the whole day laughing about some things ;D) I thought why not introduce myself properly. As you might have already noticed English-speaking wolfies, my English is sometimes a bit odd, I guess I'm trying to hard apart from being a completely obsessed and annoying fan girl at the moment, I'm busy with university stuff which I should be doing instead surfing all the time for Patrick Wolf interviews, videos, photos etc. but oh well you know I guess there are a couple of people here who do comprehend that... before this gets a novel, I'll try to keep it short: music: Björk, Bob Dylan, Sigur Ros, Placebo, Portishead, Muse... books: still hopelessly lost in the 19th century English classics stuff... films: ever so many ... some I've seen recently: True grit, Equilibrium, Boy A, Finding Neverland, Shooting Dogs.. series: ridiculously obsessed with Dr Who, Golden Girls and recently Merlin (yes, I'm such a child) if you read this you haven't fallen asleep yet, congrats! and I'm as well scared of you now for reading this post to the end...

Hello, first of all you're in the right place. We do seem to represent a whole other level of fandom on here be it for Patrick or any of the other musicians, artists, films, tv shows, books etc which we adore I love Placebo, Muse, Any Classis i.e. Austen, Wuthering Heights etc etc love Equilibrium + Finding Neverland. I don't watch Merlin but there are a few Merlin fans on here It takes A LOT to send me to sleep I am an insomniac

schizoeclectic that's what I call good upbringing! ;D don't even begin talking about costume dramas with me or we're going to be here discussing all of them till dawn a inescapable addiction... tara oh yes Merlin is so - don't know likeable? sweet? funny? all of that I guess. I love that character. the next would be Morgana. and Arthur is the third niwo lol I wonder about the face in the mirror when I come back after a night out. sleep restores my beauty (normaly ) ;D so the morning I'm myself again... that is when you consider midday to be still part of the morning...

then we have to start one! what about "period and costume drama addicts"? I'm not good at naming things, but at least everyone knows what it is about then yeah, it's JW Waterhouse... he made lots of fairy like pictures like that. some think it's kitsch, I like it... your avatar reminds me that I never had a plush animal wolf ;( though I had far too many best in collection: a fox, a squirrel and a chinese dragon. ohh, I must stop, I'm getting childish again

are we talking plushies here now? i used to have that teddy bear that was neon pink, with neon green paws and neon yellow belly, it was a pain in the eye and so fluffy <3
i also had a free willy plushy that was giant, bigger than me ... and well now i wonder if my mom still has them all or if she threw them away. i clearly need to investigate on that issue...
