who else is going? I thought the whole room was seated but I heard there's a bit space between seats and stage, so let's dance!

Leave your e-mail and/or cell phone number in a private message and I'll let you know whether you're in by Wednesday. I'll be at the concert myself to personally hand over the ticket. Why was he so mad? It was sooo noticable, he even tried to hide his yawning... He played his songs like a marathon... I talked to William, he's prince charming, i asked him if Patrick would sign my ukelele and he took it backstage and came back, Dear Sebastian, Keep strumming ! Love love, Patrick Wolf www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1861182842524&set=a.1861182642519.102656.1029515504&theaterI expected to much from the show i guess... get your shizzit right...

The famous William was there? Who was he? The guy who sold the merchandising? I'm a bit disappointed by the gig. I thought that, by and large, he made a mess of his old songs, especially The Libertine and To The Lighthouse, for which his current band seems ill-balanced. I thought the drummer was especially awful (and he threw his drumstick in my face at the end of the show, which didn't improve my opinion The new songs were great though. I'm very excited to hear the studio version of Together. I'm still not quite sure Patrick did indeed record a dance number. The opening act, Randy Supserstar, was funny but it seems obvious to me he should release Tick Tock as a single, and not Get Your Shizzit, which is a much weaker song.....

aaarh the drummer .... BWAM BWAM Won't let the city BWAM BWAM..... lol, please read the Manchester gig thread. I pointed out the drummer issues at that stage! BAM BAM BAM BAM. And he also hit someone else in the face with those damned drumsticks on that night too! He needs to go join Iron Maiden or something. Agree all round that this band as a unit is not great. Oh, and 'Randy' Superstar? ;D With those lovely ladies by his side he very possibly is randy, but that's not his stage name.

I felt like coming back "on board", very shortly, only to say that, besides any crude analysis, I felt like I had a very good time, and the butterflies in my stomach got to flutter on more occasions than I could count, during that gig. Not to mention I got a new mug, ha! ;D Felt good and sooo right to be there, and in such a wonderful venue no less! Patrick's magic still works and I'm so very pleased about it!

That is terrible.... i really hope that wasn't the money from the merchandise... bruxelles nord, felt a bit like the slums of new york there. Awwwh Patrick, the shiver on my spine you gave me when you caught the corner of my eye for the very first time ......god what does it take to be a roadie?? i got this kinda obesssion going on...

As it was the first time I was seeing Patrick live, I have a question for the ones who have seen him more often, whether on this tour or in general. I thought the concert was great, (and I loved the venue!) but I thought it was soooo short! (1h10, I think? Or maybe I didn't read my watch right ...). Is it something usual for Patrick?

As it was the first time I was seeing Patrick live, I have a question for the ones who have seen him more often, whether on this tour or in general. I thought the concert was great, (and I loved the venue!) but I thought it was soooo short! (1h10, I think? Or maybe I didn't read my watch right ...). Is it something usual for Patrick? I can assure you it is unusual... Well, he played everything that was on the setlist, but normally he talks to the audience in between the songs, he really is very sweet and funny, but not this time, so the gig felt way too short My friends and me saw him last year in the Botanique and it was so much better. I think he was just exhausted, maybe some things went wrong that day, also his voice wasn't perfect (he missed a few notes and sung with less expression)... This is why I went to see him in Amsterdam two days later and that was GREAT! He played Souvenirs, Vulture, Bloodbeat, which he didn't do in Brussels, so yes, the Botanique concert was short. I hope new fans aren't turned off by this concert in Brussels - even if you have every right to be disappointed, I sure am - because he really still is amazing and just had a bad day I suppose
