So......... I always throught that this album was released in 2003.. but then I (finally!) got the 2LP today and saw that it has 2004 listed on the sleeve. And apparently so does my CD. Is it perhaps true that the original CD is from 2003, then a reprint came out in 2004 on CD and 2LP?

Weirdly enough I was thinking about this the other day. Here's my theory:
'Lycanthropy' was originally released on the label 'Faith and Industry' in 2003 on CD. (That is the copy that I own) Then when Patrick was signed to 'Tomlab' for 'Wind in the Wires' I assume they bought the rights to his back catalogue aka 'Lycanthropy' and re-released 'Lycanthropy' on their label on CD and 2xLP in 2004 in time for the 2005 release of 'Wind in the Wires'.
When my own copy of 'Lycanthropy' arrrived on Vinyl I noticed it was 'Tomlab' and that my CD was 'Faith and Industry' so just guessed that the above reason was why?!...

Sounds like a good theory and is kind of the same as mine It however also means I need to buy a copy of the 2003 CD version

The Tomlab Cd says: 'ALL SONGS (C) (P) TOMLAB 2004 FOR USA, CDN, JP AND TW. FOR D, CH AND A THE COPYRIGHT IN THIS SOUND RECORDINGS IS OWNED BY FAITH AND INDUSTRY RECORDINGS (UK) AND IS EXCLUSIVELY LICENSED TO TOMLAB. FOR ALL OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES THIS RELEASE IS DISTRIBUTED VIA FAITH AND INDUSTRY RECORDINGS (UK). MADE IN GEMANY.' You're right. Tomlab re-released it but I think they only did it for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Does that make sense? Did it help?
