Well it's friday night and I'm alone on my computer! Feel the... awesomeness? No. No, that's probably not what you're feeling from this.
Also I've been up since 3 am. I see devils. They're shiny.
Anyone else around?

I'm here! Everyone's watching the football (soccer?) match between France and Uruguay and I'm bored.

You call it football, love! If someone here doesn't get what you mean... They probably just shouldn't be here. People in both England and Canada assume that I've somehow immediately adopted an intense interest in football as well as a strong sense of English patriotism since I moved here... Who is spreading this lie!? I just want to knit and watch Nurse Jackie. Leave me be. Sarah, you are hot and need to come over. That's all.

Haha ok. I used to live in the USA so I was used to saying soccer but since that was like... 7 years ago, and since I mostly read and hear english from the UK now my english is a mix of american and british english I guess so I sometimes have both versions for one word and get confused. /random ramblings about the reason I talk the way I do over. I said "that is well boring" to an english guy on MSN once and he was like "whaaat you're a chav now" haha. That's what I got for watching too much Catherine Tate and repeating "I ain't bovverred". My dream this year was to say it to my english teacher if he said anything when I got to class late. Unfortunately, he never said anything about me being late and let me come to class without me being able to say I wasn't bovverred :/. Anyway this thread makes me think of the last episode of Black Books when they go to a party on Friiiiiiiiday night. www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmrKnzEe9zs

I don't know this song...... *hides* I'm french, is that a good enough excuse ? I haven't watched football for a long time. No one here believes in our team anymore anyway it seems. It's like all the greatness of the team went away with Zidane when he left, everyone likes him a lot here :/. I'm off to bed, I must get up early to study tomorrow. Have a good friday night (or what's left of it) everyone !

"When I go see Arsenal and know that they can pass'n'all!" I love both that Adam and Joe song and Three Lions which is one of the most emotional pieces of music I know of.
"Thirty years of hurt, never stopped me dreaming" oh, 1996.. *sobs* how i miss thee. It's like Wake up Boo it just DOES SOMETHING to me.

Speaking of World Cup, who's watching later?
It's like, the majority of wolfboardians vs each other. ENG-ER-LAND!

Plan, Anna.
I'll TRY to resist the urge to create a thread for every night of the week.
I'll TRY.
