um, don't hate me for making this thread, it is a little... nngh. i dunno, i just like cute animals. they cheer me up and they also make me make weird noises sometimes, like babbling but not. other people must like cute animals! share pictures (and videos, if you like!) of your favourites... WEE BABY FERRET! courtesy of cuteoverload.com.

Sorry for the double post but whatever. Baby ducks at my school: I went to the National Zoo this past Thursday and most of my pictures are awful because taking pictures of things behind glass is challenging. This prairie dog has a mandate from god to stand there and eat whatever.

You'd get it as a gift for Easter but then it would just get big and you'd just flush it down the toilet

I showed Meryl a really cute picture of a baby bunny but I'm not going to show any of you because I forgot the link. YAY HEDGEHOGS. ...that octopus brings back bad memories of this Chinese restaurant I ate at. I thought they were onion rings. Turns out it was octopus leg.

Octopuses are actually rather intelligent and I adore them and oh dear etc. I saw an octopus at the zoo the other day, but unfortunately due to the lighting, glass, etc, the picture I took is far more chthonic than cute.
