How good is it?!
I just finished watching all 3 seasons and was just amazed by the writing and acting.

I've never watched this show. I don't know anything about it except for Christina Hendricks' boobs.

I watched the first two seasons as they came out, and i guess i liked them cause i watched them all through, but thinking back i can't think why. well, i suppose there were good parts, but i really hated the end of the second season - it was too TV-y, and i really hate typical television. so i had no interest to see the third season. but other people rave about it, so maybe i should pick it up again.

You should! What I also really love about it is how the women are portrayed. Even though they're treated so unfairly, the writers manage to find their strength in a male dominated society. But I didn't get how... *SPOILER* Peggy Olsen gets pregnant and doesn't realise it until the baby is in her hands. Weird. Still love her though

Imagine how hard they have to work to make it era-accurate.

whole load of insight into how bushman's mind works there. *SPOILER* Peggy Olsen gets pregnant and doesn't realise it until the baby is in her hands. Weird. Still love her though this is actually more common than people realise. especially as she was on the pill so she wasn't expecting periods, but you can still have periods through pregnancy sometimes. just started s3. loving it so much. betty draper and joan holloway are two of the most beautiful characters on tv. also, peggy is amazing and sweet and i love her to bits.

I've never watched this show. I don't know anything about it except for Christina Hendricks' boobs. I'd never heard of her before, googled... wow... Theyre huge! and she's a redhead!

who's watching the current series? i'm really enjoying it. i miss betty though. peggy finding out about trudy's pregnancy was so perfectly, understatedly heartbreaking.

i am loving where theyre taking sally draper this season. her new hair do is so qt! pete campbell is coming into his own in the new company. hopefully the writer's come up with something brilliant to replace the epic secret don draper kept from betty and everyone in the past seasons.

last night's episode, the suitcase, was the most brilliant thing ever to grace television.

My english teacher recommended this to me today. If I ever have a ton of free time I might get into it!
