I was dressing up as the Spice Girls too, with four friends. I was always Geri. I used to color my eye lids with an orange lip pen 'cos I thought it was what the older girls called "eye shadow". I'm glad that everyone's shared this experience. I was always forced to be Posh. I hate Posh. Josh, Girls Aloud is better when sung by Arctic Monkeys... We're gift-wrapped kitty cats, We only turn into tigers when we gotta fight back Yessssss I remember everyone wanting to be Baby or Posh. Oddly enough, I always liked Scary. I don't really know why.

Ginger was my favourite. But I didn't want to be her, probably having to do with maleness. Of course then she left. :/ At the dollar store I saw Spice Girls dolls, and they had the "SPICE" logo with a member in each letter, but Geri wasn't there. And no Ginger Spice doll! I was sad.

Art the time my favourite was baby, but looking back when i recently watched spiceworld i realised that geri was far more superior, and thus she has become the favourite. except now that she's wearing long flowy skirts she seems a bit too marks and spencers for the kids.

Josh, Girls Aloud is better when sung by Arctic Monkeys... We're gift-wrapped kitty cats, We only turn into tigers when we gotta fight back Yessssss As moderator of the Patrick Wolf messageboard, I cannot allow this kind of false information to be perpetuated on the internet; Girls Aloud are - or at least, were, until the greatest hits package sent everything wibbly-wobbly-shaped - one of the greatest pop groups of our time, producing some of what I'm sure will remain the most enduring songs of the era. Arctic Monkeys are a two-big, sub-par indie band made up of pimply faced young men who got extremely lucky when they consistently schmoozed up to the NME. No good can come of them. As for Spice Girls, I'm in two minds; I feel like I owe it to myself to see them live, having missed them the first time round due to lack of money and lazy parents. However, I feel like I'd be going out of loyalty or duty, rather than being interested in the reunion. It feels like the past is very much best left to the past; the fact that Mel C has always snarked at the very idea until she ran out of money, Mel B's evolution into one of the most hateful human beings of all time and... well, Emma Bunton, who's always been awful. As well as that, I haven't really missed them; this is not like the Take That reunion, where they'd pretty much faded into the background, so it was a surprise when they decided to come back; the Spice Girls reunion has always come up in their solo interviews, and there's not a day goes by when there's not at least one Spice Girl in the news. Saying that, I've registered for tickets. Unless I have a change of heart before Christmas, I'm going to be a rich bitch when I sell them on eBay. Cheerio, Michael. xxx

i hope i can get tickets for the sydney show! that would be amazing. Spice mania! I used to have a group with the girls at school pretending to be the spice girls doing all the dance moves. I always loved ginger but ended up being the baby spice of the group. I have all the collector cards and two copies of spiceworld on vhs and some live video. ohh so good. I always knew the day they broke up they'd reunite. I think the spice girls reuniting is the answer to world peace.

Although, what's up with the greatest hits package? I've got that, and I like it. I'm not big on ballads and such, so their albums would have been wasted on me. PS: I always thought Geri was a huge WHORE. No jokes. I liked Baby or Sporty best. Can't remember which one in particular.
