Good, no?
I love Swordfishtrombones, despite being told not to buy it.
"Oh it's too weird, you won't like it."
Makes me wonder if they've ever met me before or something.

Swordfishtrombones is my favourite to, I have that and Rain Dogs, and I also downloaded Closing Time and Alice cos some wanker who use to post on here called Jonny said the latter was top notch stuff.
Mr Waits is clearly a bit of leg end and I enjoy his music but it's not an OMFG MUST BUY EVERY ALBUM sort of enjoyment. I like Swordfishtrombones most cos theres a good mix of junkyard spazz outs and croaky melancholy crooning.
Haha, is anyone looking forward to Scarlett Johansson's Tom Waits covers album? Hollywood megastar vanity project gone to far I reckon. Whats next? Natalie Portman sings the Nick Cave songbook? Ben Afleck Does Beefheart?

I listened to Bone Machine today and it has officially taken over from Swordfishtrombones as my favourite Tom Waits album.
I think my public need to be kept abreast (lolz BREAST) of such important developments as my favourite Tom Waits album to be frank.
