So we are now down to 19 days till the show!
Consider this my cry of desperation, I need a ride.
I am a college student trapped on campus without a car and dying of anxiety to see Patrick. I am only like 25 minutes out of Hollywood, not a long drive (however, it would be a long walk).
I thought I would reach out to the forum and see if there are any kind souls, who wouldn't mind driving to pick me up, and then join me to see Patrick's show.
I would pay for gas, no question, and if a little more money for the trouble is needed, I am willing.
thanks.
xx
...I had this thread on anothr part of the site, but what suggested to move it here, sorry for the repetition.

according to el ray's site, the theatre is right along the 20 busline. according to la metro's site, it's right along the 20, 720, and 920.
i'll be busing from the union train station to get there, but i'm spending the night in west hollywood (i think), up at the end of La Ciengea, across Sunset where the roads get all squiggly. miller drive, to be exact.
if you're heading that way i'd be happy to split a cab with you if it's convenient/cheaper. but are you at UCLA? (cause then it's pretty of out of your way) (and if anyone's driving that way, i'm hinting for a ride, heh heh.)
i've never been to LA before, so I'm basing all my plans on google maps at the la metro PDF.
and my plans are subject to change. so.

I don't think walking would really be an option...if it is 25 minutes on the highways....i am thinking a good many hours. I checked into the busline actually and it was perfect and then I realized I wouldn't be able to get back-they stop running i think by ten or eleven. Splitting a cab sounds great, I actually have two other friends who have already bought tickets, so if we split it that much it would probably be a fare of $15 to get there. I am in La Mirada, Biola University. I have no idea where in relation that is to UCLA though...
