People may have got the message through bandstocks, but I'm also assuming - if you're 'young' (so ageist) - you can turn up. I haven't seen anything actually about buying tickets, so I'm unsure whether it's a free event and you can turn up to it. The Candle lit Matinee on 3-8pm, Saturday 21st March in London Bridge. No idea what time he'd be playing, it's a pretty early event, maybe he'd be on towards the end? Who knows.

I'm not sure either, but the fact they're making a competition for tickets makes me think they're not buy-able. Ha ha. Did you message them back ?

I've asked to be put in the draw for them, it does sound like the sort of thing that would be a more intimate gig, on the candlelit matinee blogspot it says it will be patrick and a piano with a violinist. Its at the Shunt Vaults - anybody been before? From what I've read its near London Bridge and very well concealed, haha.

I'm pretty sure that when I was looking this up before it said somewhere that you have to buy tickets on the door (I think they were around £5). So if you get them through bandstocks not only will it be free but you also guaranteed to get in, unlike if you just turn up.

Don't worry, your not stupid it confused me at first. Make sure you are logged into bandstocks, then go to Patrick's page. On the left side of the page is his 'Profile' box. In the top right corner of that box it should say add as contact, click on that. Then go to your own page and there should be a messages box on the left side of the page. Go into that and then you should be able to compose a message to Patrick. Hope that made sense.

i won't be able to go to this anyway cos i have a doctor's appointment ahaha. sounds like it'd be ace though, get your messages in and enter!
i'm fairly sure if you won a ticket they won't age-restrict you... that'd just be unfair and defeat the object of a competition surely?

It is an art gallery/performance space/bar/club in different cave like sections. It is very pretty. The club space is big enough though if they are going to use one of the performance/gallery space, it will be quite intimate. It's just opposite one of the london bridge exits.

So can we buy tickets online if we don't win? Or, is it just an 'on the door' thing? I want to go, I have the day off work so if I don't win tickets I want to come along anyway.

I'm guessing it's both. You can win tickets on bandstocks, but can also buy them 'on the door' for £5 there and then - but recommended to arrive early (before/around 3pm) whilst there are tickets still available...

16-21? I mean, I'm in this age group, but a restriction is ridiculous. What the hell? Erm, I live far away from London so I'm wondering if there's any point in entering, anyway. Ha, all the more for you guys!

Just wondering - does anyone actually have an idea what time he's on ? I might be going but it's like, if he's playing at like 7 it's probable I'll have to miss half of it to get on a train. Ha ha. xxx

I'm not sure actually, I'm guessing it would be later on maybe 7? But if you don't win those tickets, then maybe they won't let you in later? As they've made it sound like you better wait outside before or at 3, or you may not get in. I think I'm going, it's only a fiver even if I don't win tickets there's lots of cool stuff happening there aside from Patrick so it sounds like it will be good all round. I hope it's a lot more intimate, I'm not sure how big this place is? But I hope it is.
