I was thinking about this on the way home from my last exam today (exam season is finally over!!!), and the story of The Bachelor would make a fine movie.
I haven't thought that far ahead, but I'm thinking something set in WW2 London and starring a young boy (14-15) who grows up in these times, Mr Wolf I presume, and comes to grips with love, life, sexuality and loss over the course of the album.
Again...I haven't thought that far ahead! But the way I see it...
Kriegspiel - Montage/opening credits, features a look over a war laden London and the rest of the United Kingdom
Hard Times - A look at the boys personal struggles with life, and his fathers ambission to serve his country and fight abroad
Oblivion - The boys father is killed in battle, and he takes up a desire to fight in his memory, only to be told he is too young. He's left with his mother and sister, scared and missing his dad
The Bachelor - Still reeling from the loss of a loved one, the boy chooses never to love again, lest he lose them
Damaris - The boys best friend is recruited into the war, he again feels loss and chooses to leave London in search of somewhere peaceful
Thickets - This song documents the boys travels in search of a "happy place", but cannot find a place to make his home
...and that's about as far as I've got.
Anyone else feel this way about an album?

That sounds cool, tho I havent heard the album yet so I cuoldnt tell u yet... But thats what i thought out "The Magic Position" Album
TMP album would make a good play or something "Overture" = opening taking place in the morning then the songs in the middle would be ups and downs in the plot then finally "The Stars" would be the end of the day closing with "Finale"
