Patrick will play alongside Florence and the Machine on Sunday 13th September as part of the Freedom Festival. I'm there as I go to Uni in Hull and this is happening about 10 minutes from my house So so excited as it will be my first Patrick show!

It's un-ticketed and entirely free Because it's organised by the council to celebrate William Wilberforce and his contribution to society and Hull's reputation.

It's a five minute walk and that's if you walk REALLY slow The gardens where it is being held are lovely, very sceneic. It's slap bang in the middle of Hull's Old Town which is a nice bit of the city.

A good performance today, a bit short. He did well with some of the audience who threw bottles at him by simply replying "oh thanks i am quite thirsty".They must be scared of talent or individuality....but none the less I thought he was great , still need to see him perform Tristan live!...thought that Florence & the machine were a great addition too, great day

OMG i went i cant believe i hadnt found this thread ! i think you guys might have seen me if you were near the front, i have wavy red hair and am quite short and was probably shouting alot.
Haha the guy said before he came on 'hulls all about expressing emotion, so heres patrick wolf' or something like that which made me think that he didnt like him much haha.
Florence and the machine were good but i think they got way too much time when patrick didnt get long enough. he was brilliant but with that being the only time iv ever seen him live i dont really know what to expect.
