I live in New York. Not in the city, but a bit further upstate, and it absolutely GUTS ME that I haven't gotten to see Patrick yet. Not in a girly "i just want to see his gorgeous face" kind of a way, but rather, I need to hear him, FEEL HIM singing. He's the only artist (pink floyd being a close second) that makes me feel so much with music. I don't let myself keep up with his tours, I suppose, and when he was out spreading the news of The Magic Position I must have missed it. I believe he was in the US for that tour, yeah? Well anyway, what I'm wondering is if his gigs across the pond over there are regular. I'm having trouble finding a place to get that kind of information, since generally the sites I find are american sites that just tell me 'nope, sorry, nothing in your area'. I KNOW THERE'S NOTHING HERE! Grr.
Uuugh.. so, I'm turning 18 this friday and I'll also have my passport. However I won't get overseas until my last year of high school ends (finally) and there, hopefully, I'll be able to see Mr. Wolf, the artist that's been at the top of my list for years. Where can I go to make sure I can actually catch him on stage? Is it guaranteed that I'll get to hear him live? Does he perform casually? Randomly? I tend to forget about the person behind the microphone and focus only on the sounds and the lyrics.. I could probably dig in this forum a bit to find that information, but I'm in a rush and thought I'd type up this quick question (not at all quick, actually, but I tend to rant when I'm excited) regarding my dilemma.
Well, please and thank you to anyone and everyone that stops by!
