Another tremendous show, this one was more dramatic and grand than the Edinburgh one, but perhaps less intense due to the vastly different setting (cave vs cavernous), but quite possibly my favourite Patrick experience thus far. It was hard getting decent pictures due to a fascist no-camera policy (even without flash!), but I hope these suffice! The rest of the pictures are here: www.abstractboy.co.uk/patrickwolf6.html

Thank You!! I'm always really hesistant to use flash with Patrick because my flash is so bright and I don't want to spoil the moment by startling him. It was so wonderful though...most of the time I even forgot I had a camera on me! bliss...

Yeah he had a boy and girl on strings - whose names i can't remember which i feel bad about because they were realy amazing, as was the drummer patrick had. Patrick was saying the drummer joined the wolf team recently which means he is able to play some of the older songs now.

Lovely photographs. How did you avoid all those keen-eyed little theatre folk who kept running about telling people to stop taking photos and suchlike?

I had a mini-argument with one of them! I told her that I had Mingo's permission (and I did!) and she was like "Well, you had to get clearance with us first", and I was like "well, I didn't and I've got permission, so I'm not going to stop". And she left me alone after that. I really didn't see the problem if I wasn't using flash, y'know! Some venues have just got really authoritarian camera policies, especially Islington Academy, which, unfortunately, is where Patrick is supposed to be playing next!!
