Neither did I. I kind of want to move to America so I can experience the shifting in culture, I think it'd be a party.

My mum has definitely been to a tupperware party in the UK before. And an Anne Summers party. But let's not go there...

Yes! And they only cost 16p or something. My local sweet shop (well, we moved house about a year ago but i'm loyal) still sells them. My brother is banned from drinking them because combined with his adhd, the effects are a little terrifying... They are awesome though.

ok, this is a REALLY stupid question, but you know in the simpsons episode, where they go to england and get all that candy? does the candy in england really have more sugar?

I don't know in comparison to America, but I think traditional english sweets/candy are sweeter than a lot of other european candies, like in Italy and Germany. Oh and Scandinavia definitely. My finnish friend adores this liquorice stuff that is bitter and horrible, but apparently it's finland's favourite sweetie. begins with an s.....salmiakki or something. that's probably spelled very wrong and i apologise to the finns of the board.

Haha.. I know. I moved to a veryveryvery small town in Central Massachusetts. Population was officially 5000, but there's no way in hell. Ever. My high school had kids from the neighbouring town as well, and it only had 800.. my year being the largest, which was an anomally. Ha! I actually grew up in a town with a population of 2000. There were 150 kids in my graduating class. I moved the day after I graduated.

ok, this is a REALLY stupid question, but you know in the simpsons episode, where they go to england and get all that candy? does the candy in england really have more sugar? I think maybe our chocolate is more milk than chocolate, in comparison to USA. Some stuff (Cadbury's in particular) is insanely sweet.
