www.nme.com/layout/magImage.phpI think she likes all the negative attention ya know. You don't make number 1 cool list for being prude. Girls, red lips are where its at.

I think this cover is amazing, whatever you think of her, its just an awesome photograph - the whole cover looks very 90's to me for some reason, but i like it

Bah, I hate red and yellow together.
But I do think she actually looks better nude, unless she's just started losing weight already.

This is a full scale debate on another forum I'm on.
I personally think it's an awful cover for a multitude of reasons (ie. more than 'omgz she's fatzorz!!1!!)
PS: the reason she looks better nude is because they've airbrushed her to fuck.

I just think she's a generally foul person outside of being fat. But this is NME we're talking about. This cover is about as controversial as we're going to get...

EW!
...she could have at least done her hair. Scruffy bitch.
In all seriousness, I think she's an absolute moron, an uninformed blog reading ranter who will jump onboard any issue as long as someone reduces it to a pithy quotable - the Rosie O'Donnell of the music industry, if you will - and as such I think it's incredibly dangerous that she's being held up as some sort of role model for 'real' women, whatever they are.

Gosh.
Well.
That's quite.
Erm.
Quite.
Haha no. Actually, I like how if it was a skinny woman, it would be exploiting her to sell magazines, but when it's some fat bint it's "empowering".

I still think she's being exploited. But more marketed as a 'freakshow' than anything else.

She does look a lot thinner naked than I have seen her look in clothing, and yes, I am sure it's because she is super airbrushed. I don't see an ounce of cellulite or stretch marks and I know she has them. I don't care that she is fat. I am a little fat myself. I know nothing about her really besides all the silly people going, "omg she's fat!" and I find that part of it more than irritating.

I think everyone should get naked.
Then she wouldn't think she was so fucking special.
RIGHT ON.

I definitely think she's being exploited - she's being put up as a oddity for people to laugh at. On top of that, she's being held up for being a role model for being fat and a lesbian (that's another issue), and being a "real" woman - but here she is, airbrushed out her face.
Oh NME. Another issue, another piece of shit.

This is a full scale debate on another forum I'm on. Would that be drowned in sound by any chance? There are threads all over the place there. Personally I think it's NME trying to be controversial - it's too childish for words now. I also think the picture's been airbrushed quite a bit. Her skin is unnaturally gorgeous there and according to the other naked pics taken at gigs her stomach does not look like that.

It's bordering on trite.
