PERFUME IS PERFECT HAHAH Loving the screencap montages, I saved the <3 one because it has the dog-running bit (my fave bit). Thank you

Out of interest, is anyone else having problems getting The City video to play on their iPads or iPhones? I guessed the Guardian link wouldn't work as they use Flash, but YouTube has an HTML5 setting on it's normal website and an app on both phone and tablet that normally plays everything. The last video i can get to play from the pw channel is the crimbo greeting. Anyone else having the same problem?jackabuss :)x

so, the final artwork for 'the city' is out. what do you think? maybe it's weird to be bothered by this, but i kinda think that there's too much black in the artwork for the positive spirit of the song. (if it's been discussed already over the last two days then screw proboards for losing those posts...)

Too happy-go-lucky for my taste, felt like a commercial ad for a clothing line. And he should have been alone in the video, also the clothes he had in the beginning should he have had during the whole video. It's really, really great to see that Patrick is happy, but sadly i prefer the more depressed Patrick.

About 90 seconds of 'The City' Video was played on Freshly Squeezed yesterday, it was my first time seeing it on television and I was mightily impressed

HI!
It's the obligatory "has anyone from North America received the single yet?" post.
So... anyone? I have not.

I got The City on 7" on Saturday and gave the b-side a spin.. first reaction was "oh dear another slow track or ballad" but then I got blown away! What a heavy piece of music! Love these backing vocals!

Just heard Sing for the first time - the radio 6 version. First thoughts were Hmmmmmmmmmmm ..... wonder what Fran Healey thinks of it? This is a lovely 'sing' and Pat's version melodically nods to it(imagine this played on piano). One wonders if it was subconsciously done. www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1f2M5G9KG8
