Ahhhh this show was amazing!!
Let's start from the very begninning...
JAGUAR LOVE - AWESOME. They were so fun and although I didn't truly partake in the moshing I did end up with a nice apple-sized bruise on my leg from the singer jumping down from the stage... I can't wait to see them again Friday! (hopefully not resulting in another injury!)
PLASTICINES - Nah. Everything seemed off and they were a bit awkward.
LIVING THINGS - So loud! But I think that had a lot to do with the sound set up which was generally troublesome. But yeah, not my thing.
Patrick Wolf came on closer to 11:30pm and played Oblivion, The Bachelor, Bluebells, Damaris, Blackdown, Wind in the Wires, and The Libertine all of which were fantastic, and then started playing Tristan but walked off half-way... I think it was to do with the sound? He made a comment about the monitors and then they ended up re checking everything so it was a bit of an intermission. . . Then he came back on and played The Magic Position, Hard Times, Who Will, Accident and Emergency, Vulture, and Battle! I might have missed a song or two in there...I can't remember. Vulture and Battle he played IN the crowd, which was awesome and the moshing that began with Jaguar Love ended it as well. It was so fun!!
Then he sang some Celine Dion (the titanic thing) and got offstage eventually. Ah it was such a good show!! There was a few tense moments there when he walked off and the sound guys came on and told us all to "go home, it's over." Clearly it wasn't!
A few photos:

When he came back after Trsitan -
Who Will -
CROWD (made these bigger in case you're in them!) -
Shortly after I took those I threw my stuff to the side and joined the BATTLE!!! Awesome, awesome show. Sorry if I've written a lot. It was great.
Night finally ended with Owen Pallett telling the stragglers to go home, and so we did.
THANK YOU, PATRICK!
