i wonder if patrick could play that on violin. i heard a girl in a music lesson one day when i was going for my guitar lesson and she was playing toxic on the violin it sounded excellent. it makes me think that franz should do that with this fire.

Hi! I'm Julia, as my username suggests, and I'm 16, from Leicester. I've been a fan since around the time Lycanthropy came out - Michael mentioned him on the Popjustice messageboard, and I was intrigued (and also knew that Michael had excellent taste in music), so I bought Lycanthropy and loved it.

Hi, I'm new too. I'm Julia's brother in fact. My name is Tom, and Julia introduced me to Patrick Wolf. If you look at our cd collections, you wouldn't think we would like anything the same (Squarepusher on one side, Girls Aloud on the other), but I guess it shows Patrick Wolf's weird and variable style.

Martin Grech! All I can remember is the sublime 'Open Heart Zoo' and then nothing..I bet he's gone on to make something fabulous and I'll kick myself for losing track of him. A new album in May and 2 live dates for Liverpool and London.

Hey hey! I'm Kelly, I'm 16 and I'm from scummy ol' Kettering in Northamptonshire. I should probably attempt to say something interesting here.......but i'm far too tired. I promise to be as random and as interesting as possible in future though ;D

hiya! I'm Jamie and I'm 16. I live in Oklahoma (the dullest state in the midwest) I first heard about Patrick in the beginning of last year, through a livejournal. I was ever so glad that I did try to find out who he was. That's about it. ;D

Hello everyone. My name's Rafa, i'm 19 (twenty next week) and i'm from Madrid (Spain).
I first heard Patrick on early 2004 and I instantly felt in love with his music, and with him too, of course. I'm waiting for the album, that is hard to find here in Spain, and i'm a little afraid to be dissapointed... but I keep the faith.
Sorry for my english, kisses for everyone.

Hi everyone. I'm Craig and I live in Manchester, home to rain and fun nights out. Sadly I missed Mr Wolf when he played to the Club Suicide piglets in Mcr last year, so I'm grabbing a double helping this year and going to see him in Nottingham and then here (anyone know why on earth the gig's at The Southern in the arse-end of Chorlton?! Night and Day or even the Roadhouse would have been far better. Ho hum.) I like Patrick for the same reasons as everyone else - he's a musical maverick; his sound is unique; his lyrics are poetic. Plus he plays the viola, and a lot of my favourite people in this big old world are viola players: they understand things form the inside out (I'm an oboist btw, if there are any more musical Wolfettes out there). Finally from me: anyone interested in going out after the Manchester gig? You know you want to...
