Indeed it is. Typo. I should know really, she's one of my favourite authors. I really wish I'd written The Hours, but she beat me to it. looks great. thank you for that. it's virginia WOOLF, by the way.

mrs. Dalloway is a great book. I had to do this powerpoint presentation on Virginia Woolf, and I only then realized that it is really sad that she committed suicide. those pics of Goddrevy Point are gorgeous, I so want to go there sometime.

grrr! the lyrics on the Tomlab site version don't quite sound the way I thought they did in the "live" version I'd first heard! What is he saying? "today was the day I first said... I long? I belong? I'm alone? All day long? Wearing nylon? ;D and so on...? haaa la la! Ok, I defenetly am going to re-record it. And the damn official website that still doesn't work! hope the proper lyrics will be posted on it!!! It's driving me maaaaaddddd!!!

I thought people might be interested...the outro of the song is from Christopher Smart, Jubilate Agno...
"For at that time malignity ceases and the devils themselves are at peace. For this time is perceptible to man by a remarkable stillness and serenity of soul"

I adore this song, since I first heard it on one of the XFM sessions. On first listen, I was slightly disappointed by the single version, I'm not sure why. But it has grown and grown on me, it is easily my favourite of Patrick's songs. I think. I change my mind every hour or so.

It is far too hard to pick a favourite song... especially when Patrick has so many great songs that all appeal to me... and I have connected with all of them at some stage of my life... just shut your eyes and listen... do not judge which is best... everybody interprets a song in a different way and it will therfore mean something different to everyone... that is just the way it is...
