Midnight (Formely Abolish Confusion). How do you mean, formerly? I've got Abolish Confusion in my iTunes, but is there a new version around maybe? Never heard of Brutality either. I've got something called Barghest, but it changed into Oblivion. Moon River (& The Stars) Six Moons Ago

'Abolish Confusion' was the unofficial name given to the song by fans. Patrick in an interview (actually, I think it was a Q&A on this forum) said it was actually named 'Midnight'. I hope that clears it up.

There's also "The Halcyon" and the now almost mythical "Eustacia" and "Rites Of Spring" which were said to have been played live back in the early days. In 2008 at the Tate Modern he played something entitled Orpheo, which might be a cover, but it's definitely unreleased. I'm not sure, but I think he might have played one or two new tracks over the years while dj:ing, which we still haven't heard anywhere else. EDIT: And THISEDIT 2: I know parts of it was used for Queen Isabella, but I would have liked Treasure Trail to be released in some form. /t

The unreleased songs I have (not including demos/live versions of released songs) are: Volcanoradio Blackbird Identity (it's a cover) Midnight Six Moons Ago Beastiality The Hairy Song Short Story Free But Not For Long (Bishi vocals) Also: The Tower (early version of Theseus) The Barghest (early version of Oblivion) Wargames (early version of Count Of Casualty, basically the first half but worse quality and quieter vocals) I used to have Treasure Trail but it was terrible quality so I deleted it, it's got the bass line of Queen Isabella and the line "Do you really wanna know what's going on inside of me." from Blackbird in it. I've been trying for years to round up all the unreleased songs. I've heard of Eustacia but I've never been able to find it. Are the any recordings of it, or Rites Of Spring? I've never heard of Brutality, where did you hear about that? And Abolition, were you meaning about Midnight/Abolish Confusion or is that another song I haven't heard? And the songs that didn't make it onto Lupercalia: Wild Life The Halcyon Nocturne That's all I can remember, were there any more? I'm holding off downloading in case they end up as bsides (I have a feeling Wild Life could be released at some point, loads of people seemed upset it wasn't on Lupercalia). Oh there's also a song he played live with Owen Pallett, it could be called Brother John but I'm not entirely sure. www.youtube.com/watch?v=m11VsOqrD24I've also heard of a song called Blue Boy but I don't know anythng about it. I'm not including cover versions btw. Anyone know of any more unreleased songs or anywhere I could listen to the songs I don't have?

He played a couple songs DJ-ing in 2007, one was called Red Flag (I think? I could be wrong, it was a long time ago), and another one that went something like "bigger than you..." or something. Again, too long ago.
As Tommy said, Eustacia and Rites of Spring are mythical, and no, there aren't recordings anywhere that we know.

I had not heard 'Wargames' before. Goodness, it is a rather terrible song I downloaded it a while ago, then realised it was just a bad quality version of Count Of Casualty I haven't deleted it but every time it plays on my ipod I start listening to Count Of Casualty instead... kinda pointless really

I think the electronic sounds are nice, but the mixing - if there is any - is awful. It's decent for a demo.

It wasn't pointless at the time, when no-one had heard Count Of Casualty.
I'm not 100% sure about this because people were noisy and the music wasn't that loud, but I think Blackbird might have been played at the Relentless Garage gig on Monday night. This gives me hope that it may be a future b-side!
(Victoria, is one of those the song that you(?) said would be a massive hit if he released it?)

If Blackbird was played then... WOW ;D ;D ;D I love that song so much and the version I have is terrible quality, it would be so wonderful if it was released.
