Where should I contact about a damaged lupercalia 12" bought from patricks online store? the A side works fine, but the B side jumps through most of the tracks I e-mailed orders@sandbag.uk.com and got all my replies from there, so that should work. /t

so I return home after 1,5 month of being away for a scolarship in antoher town...all excited to finally open my Lupercalia boxset...but what do I find? A boxset that is so damaged you could throw it in the dustbin right away, frankly. the only items that aren't damaged are (miracously) the poster and the cd. there's a f***ing hole in the cover of the box! and I'm not joking...looks like the postmen had a game of darts on it... I'm such a lucky person when it comes to these things...I really feel the blessed rays of fate shining on my bewildered head...(most awkward metaphor ever sorry I was in the mood for it) Now SENDDRECK got a really sternly worded e-mail in their mailbox let's see what they make of it...

Hello everyone I didn't know where to post this, so here I am. If it's not the right place I'm sorry. I was looking in patrick's online store for some stuff to buy for me as a Xmas present ;D But then I got a bit disappointed I was in October at Patrick's show in Madrid, <wonderful, I really enjoyed it and I also was lucky enough as I won the Meet&Greet ;D> so I decided to buy in the merch table the CD as I couldn't find it in spanish stores days before. I had the chance to buy the Lupercalia CD with the Lemuralia Bonus Disc. So I thought to buy it there directly, saving money on the shipping and everything. So I paid 30€ for it... and now I found out that if I bought it online, with shipping expenses, it would have cost 22.44€... Why is it more expensive at the merch table than in the online store??? Isn't it a bit unfair??? I mean...is almost 8€ difference. I could have bought a new Patrick's Mug for those 8€ Now I feel like I'm not buying anything... Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks, and sorry for this loooong post.

I totally understand your disappointment but suspect there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.
I bought my tea towels from the merch stand in Cardiff where they were £7 each. Later in the week when I went to Brighton I was suprised to see that they were £8 each and even more so the next night in London when they had suddenly gone up to £10 each!
It's totally unfair to price the merch according to location and assume that people in some places can afford more than those in others. I don't know about anyone else but I've certainly never seen this kind of movable pricing on merch stands for any other artist.
Rant over.

lol ;D poor William has to bring the money back in Patrick spends on fancy hats and booze... it's a family business... I think the only thing you can do is check the prices beforehand the next time...maybe he always loses the price tags and doesn't remember what he sold them for last time? *obviously joking* sidenote: sendback rant: still haven't got my refund for my damaged box set yet bloody lazy idiots
