I Really Want It Too. It Shows Up On eBay Almost Every 2-3 Weeks + One Went For £60 3 Weeks Ago. So That's The Best Suggestion I Can Make... I've Been Searching Myself Erratically But Had No Luck

It's getting cheaper and cheaper... maybe soon it will be affordable www.discogs.com/sell/list?release_id=266101Apparently I added it to my wantlist on that site years ago, so I keep getting emails every time a new one goes on sale.

Thanks a lot to advise: the 45 euro one wasn't one of the 1000 copies of the EP pressed, but was indeed a "White label Promo with hand written tracklisting on label". I didn't even know that promos of this record existed, I have bought it immediately and hope to receive soon to post pictures. This promo is for sure much rarer then the EP itself. p.s. here it is patrickwolf.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=gotopost&board=albums&thread=4772&post=218154

Guess what i finally have... Em, just a warning there's a long story coming up! The week before my birthday i saw the PW EP on ebay for £0.99 (em... no i didn't get it for 99p unforunately!!!) - i genuinely almost had a heart attack!!! The seller was from Glasgow so if i won i could pick it up in person and have it in time to get signed when i met Patrick! For days i was the only bidder, but then other inconsiderate people had to come and bid too! So in the end it went for £45, and i lost out in the last 5 seconds because i couldn't type fast enough. But then i woke up on the morning of my birthday to find an email from Discogs saying "new item for sale on your wantlist" - the Patrick Wolf EP for £25!!!! That's the cheapest i've ever seen it for So i bought it immediately as a birthday present to myself ;D (also, i'd been thinking about how Patrick was 19 when he released Lycanthropy and the EP, and that was my 19th birthday - it's a sign ) So anyway, then i had to deal with a seller who ignored my messages for 3 weeks and i thought it was never going to come. But finally i sent an angry message saying i would open a paypal dispute if he didn't reply that week so at last he sent it! Now i just need a record player! But i'm going to download Empress and Pumpkin Soup, to put on my ipod because illegally downloading songs is acceptable if you've bought them (according to my morals) I'm so excited - i've wanted those two songs for years ;D

I just noticed in the A Boy Like Me lyrics on the back, after "I want to ride a giraffe on the rocks", Patrick put "but the giraffe might break it's legs I don't want to hurt it. Sorry" Awww Oh my god EMPRESS AND PUMPKIN SOUP - never have i wanted 2 songs so badly or for so long, i can't describe how much i love them ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Ok i'll shut up now Oh btw are Bloodbeat and A Boy Like Me just the same as the album versions?

Thanks I'd actually listened to them on youtube (which is why i was so desperate for the EP) but i wouldn't download them until i'd bought it, because illegally downloading songs instead of buying them is bad (Except Patrick doesn't even get any money from this... oh well!) But yes, i'm so happy to finally have these songs ;D

Has no-one ever noticed that there is a message scratched in the run out grooves on side B?
"THANK YOU DEAREST PETER PAN FOR ALL YOUR WARM HELP XXP"

Well, I got my own copy just today And I finally could record my own versions. Carefully removed any hiss, clicks and pops and have now very nice sounding recordings me thinks! They at least sound better than the 192kbps MP3 copies I downloaded some years ago. Patrick should really release Empress and Pumpkin Soup digitally or on CD one day!
