Morrissey - Bengali In Platforms,
loads of people complain the lyrics are racist, they sort of are, but it's still a great song

Sufjan Stevens - They Are Night Zombies!! They Are Neighbors!! They Have Come Back From the Dead!! Ahhhh!
Possibly one of the best song titles ever. Additionally, what a jam.

Marianne Faithfull's Children of Stone, with a rocking set of headphones.
It's 8 minutes (my favourite songs always seem to be) and I don't expect anybody to listen to it, but I'm putting it here anyway because it reminds me why I fell in love with music in the first place.

Entry way song - Bright Eyes 0_o a Bright Eyes song I havn't heard of? Now that threw me... *must research* 'Children Of Stone' is also epic, after a short time of playing it just now... I'm currently listening to 'The Marriage' by Patrick Wolf... I really don't know what is gonig on with me and this song...it's embedded in my brain, shortwiring all my other music-related connections :/

I find myself unable to stop listening to the Mumford & Sons album "Sigh no more". So now I'm listening to "White Blank Page". I just love the lyrics - and the music of course.

Lately: lots of Talking Heads, Al Green, and Tears for Fears. yeah, talking heads for me too. Nothing but flowers at the moment. Have I shared a hundred times how Stop Making Sense changed my life? And how Tina Waymuth was my first idol and girl crush (even though I don't think I can spell her name)? Still is the greatest concert DVD ever (2nd is Rattle and Hum).

Have I shared a hundred times how Stop Making Sense changed my life? I'd like to hear the story. It's a pretty amazing film, isn't it? It's funny how it seems that so many of us have Talking Heads/David Byrne on the mind at the moment -- a global convergence of moods/musical inclinations. I'm listening to Hall and Oates right now. ;D

Tristram's Someone Told Me A Poem again and again. I like the song just as much as I like the title - which is a lot.
