OhMyGod. I dissapear for a few days weeks...and something happens. :/ I am at a loss of what we did/has happened to us. Maybe a worm ate a chunk of our community...and some of our new members. I think I'll just wait and see how this unfolds.

I don't know what you're asking me Romi. i wish i could 'like' posts. if my photographic memory serves me correctly, you did not exalt her to compensate for this. this begs the question: are wolfie exalts harder to merit than facebook likes? if so, is that because karma is countable, thus giving a sense of competition to some degree? or is liking more a part of facebook dynamics than karma is to the board? or do people prefer the convenience of having their name branded to the congratulatory offering, with the feeling that it may provide some maintenance or progression to the relationship, thereby making it an easier click? something else? genuine curiosity has taken hold. any and all comments appreciated. [note: 'facebook liking' in this instance is referring to liking something because the person did something funny/clever. not referring to general good news or ironic liking]

i disagree with that last smite.
let's try to suppress some discussion. yes, good idea. i can barely keep up with the rest of this board.

Haha did you just get smote? Well, it would seem like it was me, considering I appear to be the only one lurking in here. IT WASN'T. But, in answer to your question, I don't know. It's easier to like things on facebook, because it doesn't direct you away from the page. That's my contribution. You can compile your evidence. I hope you find your answers...

Moreover, one can only grant karma here once an hour. (I personally solve the navigating-away-from-the-page-problem by opening it in a new tab, but then I get confused why I have that tab open but whatever)

Are you hoping for another smite? Anyway, I haven't liked the idea of posting here because I'm still mourning the lost posts. Particularly my lost posts! Not that I miss their content, but it feels like maybe I was never destined to reach 1000. Back to the dirty 900s with me. I've always thought it would be best to like/dislike or exalt/smite individual posts rather than posters; seems more useful and less stigmatizing to new posters.

the bunsen burner seems like an obvious FUCKING fdfghjkKITCHEn countertop addition now that you mention it. imagine a mean chili conical carne.
but be that all as it may, i can't say i regret the actions i took. i'd do it again.
