THEY'RE ON EBAY?!! I seriously want some kind of law to be in place that makes it really really difficult to be a tout. i dont mind ebay or touts, on ebay most of the time you get what you pay for. but i do mind ticket agencies/booking fees for the quite high booking fee you get terrible customer service almost every time. it is really one sided. they can cancel your order any time they want using the 'we oversold our allocation' excuse and then you have to go to ebay or pay over the odds. but if you cannot cancel your order and get your money back as all sales are final. i forgot how terrible they are since I hardly buy tickets nowadays.

This is really terrible, I bought my tickets at 9.58 am UK time and they now say it was too late? I already bought a hotel and a flight afterwards, how could they not process their orders correctly? I never heard anything like that. I am really pissed off now, this is so not professional.

So where is that ticket sale on Friday? I just found ticketweb.co.uk and last time I tried to buy something there they didn't allow orders without a UK address. Same with ticketmaster.co.uk

Susanne i know it is really bad it took 5 hours to tell us we dont have the tickets that we had confirmed. i could have bought enough for us from the o2 presale if i knew we dont have them! i hope you are going to email them back on this.

i mostly pissed off because I HAD 4 TICKETS in the basket on the 02 presale but decided not to buy them cos I had all my confirmation and everyone else here too. fireband sucks big time.
I suggest to have patnic anyway and just play the albums loudly in shepherds bush park and booze.

hey guys, management are on this and hoping we can sort something out for those of you who missed out on the presale tickets... don't forget there are still tickets in the general sale, though (which goes live at 9am tomorrow).
bear in mind it's a small gig and the allocation for presale tickets ANYWHERE (not just from mailing list, but like o2 etc) will be tiny, so obviously they go super quick, especially if everyone is buying 2 at a time.
susanne, i'll PM you in a sec regarding your hotel and flight thing.

thanks jay. I know the allocations are small and they sell out so I wasnt pissed off about that. happens all the time. it's just the confirmation then cancellation issue and the time it took. but you know it just as well although I had worse, seetickets had the cheek of sending me seated tickets instead of standing in the post a week before a very sold out gig without any warning. that was 'fun' to sort out.

I telephoned and e.mailed Fireband and all they could say is that they send there apologies.I see that the maximum number of ticket per person is 6 when the tickets go on sale tomorrow.Scalpers/e.bay will have a field day.

update from management... she's working on the emails now. Does this mean that all the people in the mailing list are going to receive the link, or just the ones who tried to buy tickets yesterday but couldn't? : /
