Stress! Panic! Writing! www.nanowrimo.org/^ Who's taking part? Share your novel worries here and discuss what you're writing. (It's already twenty to two on November 1st, and I'm only at 662 words! Argh!)

It is indeed! A 50,000 word novel in a month. Must be easy. This is my fourth year doing it, erp.

I wish I could. :-\ But I've no ideas, and November is quite possibly the WORST month for it, what with classes and all. Everything comes due before Thanksgiving, and then immediately after that is exams exams exams! One of these years I'll get to do it.

I plan to do this every year and I fail to start it every year. It doesn't help that I have about five gigs this month. :/

I was thinking about doing it this year, but I did 24 Hour Comic Book Day instead.

oh GOSH, I found that yesterday and hurriedly closed the window. 5,000 words?! I can barely find time to write letters, let alone 5,000 words. The whole thing would just turn out mush after 400, I'm sure.
My mother is taking the challenge, though. I will alert you when she breaks down from stress.

I don't quite understand the bashing. I would if it was MANDATORY...
Sometimes people need a little impetus to write; to see it as an assignment in which to excel. I know that's where most of my best work came from, back when I could still form a coherent sentence. So I've always admired what NaNoWriMo is trying to do. Evincing creativity is not a bad thing.
You think everything is balls.

I was going to do this. I had my novel planned out and everything. But then I ended up being extremely busy with travelling and school this month... [On top of it, I'm suffering from Writer's Block cause I've been feeling really bland.] Next year? Yes, next year! Anyway, good luck to everyone who is doing it! I'd love to hear how tumultuous it is going
