good lord I feel so mainstream when I view this thread. my favourite eye candys are so many more famous people. so now the beau of all times (and yes I know how he looks nowadays) Alain Delon... "yes, I even look sexy doing the housework." and the proof that trench coats and hats look sexy ;D someone's having fun every guy looks twice as cute with a kitten next to him

Alain Delon is so annoying and arrogant I can't even see him as handsome.

The video those first two screencaps are taken from! It's absolutely wonderful, I can't watch it and not laugh. I agree that they're very attractive. Also that Alain Delon's character in Merlin {which is the only place I've ever seen him} was arrogant, but in a kind of... I-like-watching-you-in-a-program-because-you're-funny-but-if-I-knew-you-in-real-life-you'd-irritate-me-no-end... way. Having said that, he's still quite handsome. ETA: The video's here for anybody who's not seen it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDZQGS6hoC8

I have no idea who Alain Delon is. But is he really playing a part in Merlin? I couldn't find anything. Think you're mixing something up here. Nevertheless, that video with Cloin and Bradley is made of awesomeness! I've seen it so often now and laughing as hard as the first time I saw it

haha, that would be hilarious: Alain Delon in Merlin! he might play a really old wizard or something. yes, I guess you could call him arrogant, but oh what the hell, who cares? he was a great actor in his time and ... well just look at him. watch "Plein Soleil" with him, it's the better version of "The talented Mr Ripley" and waaay better then the newer movie. I guess I'm being to much of an oldie again... I wanted to start with the guys who are old now (and once looked good) and then move on to the younger ones. I don't really like Merlins haircut, in Dr Who he looks way to emo, but longer hair suits him better, for sure.

LOL at the mix up. But yeah, Alain Delon is one of the most known French actors? Dior is using old images of him to promote a perfume....WHAT like there aren't any pretty guys anymore?? French actor Romain Duris:

Alain Delon is so annoying and arrogant I can't even see him as handsome. True. But lol, Alain Delon in Merlin? haha, that'd be odd! Anyway. Yes, Colin Morgan is handsome!! And Romain Duris too, they could have used his image for Dior btw^^

^haha, i don't find him really attractive either I think Alain Delon is even more famous than Jean Reno here. He really is very very well-known here. But maybe not abroad though..

Haha yes Jean Reno, he always plays bad guys so I always thought he was a mean person when I was younger XD. Don't you know Gerard Depardieu? He's not really handsome but he's quite known. Oh and Vincent Cassel (he was in Black Swan).

I thought the third person from those three Merlin pictures was Alain Delon {no idea why}. Ignore me...

;D yes, the mix-up was kind of hilarious, but never mind. I guess I don't even know half of the musicians/actors whatsoever mentioned here. ha, i guess if I were French I wouldn't care for his looks non plus, you must be quite unnerved by now, if he is still on tv and in ads. How weird! And yes of course we know Gerard Depardieu (sorry for leaving out the accents, but I always put them in the wrong places, so I better leave it), I guess the "we" this time includes more persons though... He's so adorable, I loved him in The Count of Monte Christo Maybe I shouldn't post this, but oh well why not? ha, don't they match each other? two brilliant actors with very special faces... ;D

^ he's fab. he also has a great voice... ;D sometimes one's greatful that films are dubbed, but in this case surely not. ohh, I could start a whole new thread on that: men with great voices. the first would probably be John Hurt, closely followed by Anton Lesser...those made me listen to BBC radio a lot.

I can remember him in Black Swan but never seen him before.
