Just drove my neighbours crazy by playing really loudly : Andrew Bird (the beginning of Imitosis on repeat like 10 times), Gåte (Norwegian folk rock band), Amanda Palmer, Muse and playing along really badly on the violin (my nails are too long and I was holding the bow quite bizarrely and couldn't hold it right). This somehow makes me happy as their kids are annoying brats who scream and cry all day.

The snow is very annoying. I need to work loads while I'm back home to build up money to live off during the next term. I missed an 8 hour shift yesterday because busses weren't running and I live 12 miles away. I have work 9 -5 every day now until Christmas Eve and it's due to snow loads tomorrow.

I always thought Canada was THE snow country! Please can you give your snow coping mechanisms to Britain please? Ours is FINALLY melting though wahoo. Canada gets lots of snow! Toronto gets very little in comparison. Granted we do get occasional dumpings, but luckily not yet this year Coping? Get some trucks, and some salt, and, in the worst cases (ca.1998 Toronto), call in the army.

That the most apt thing I've ever seen. I should totally get on the glittertrain, I never have anything glittery...

I bought lots of glitter this month and covered magnets in them...there's glitter all over my house and my mom's mad at me for it. I was like "but it GLITTERS! It's not dirty, why are you so mad?!".
