I haven't listened to the album through but i listened to the mango song and to paper planes and god i laughed at paper planes. its absolutely brilliant. what song is it lifted off? thanks for the heads up about fabric. i love the artwork on kala. i'm so excited about seeing her now. It use3s a smaple from The Clash "Straight To Hell", and the chorus is lifted from one of her own leaked songs called "Hit That".

Man this album is sososo good. 'Bamboo Banga' is creeping into my favorites. I knowww- I mean the beginning 'beats' bear no relation to any of the song which I find quite amusing, but the motorbike zooms and the sample Bangra track plus that weird water like throbb just gets me. You get me?
Artwork is shit hot too: FIGHTON!FIGHTON!FIGHTON!

M.I.A. was so fantastic at Connect. Bucky Done Gun was my highlight of her set. She invited people up on stage - we thought she was joking until about a hundred people climbed up onto the stage and they cut her sound, ending her set ten minutes early!
Total love.
