What song was it that patrick was making those intense screaming noises? Was it part of jacobs ladder?
To whoever was there, please help me out. ;~;

I was like 'what the fuck you guys, this is his pride and joy, he wants you to have a blast. <' I was dancing, probably like an idiot but I was enjoying myself. Dx I really want that version of jacobs ladder, his voice was soooo intense when he did those scream/roar things, I loved itttt.

i'm no downer. but the show lacked a certain je ne sais pas. You're just upset because he didn't stare at you the whole time. Besides, he talked to you. So BE HAPPY.

actually, it wasnt just me who felt that way.
most people who had seen mr. wolf prior to this show felt the same way.

Of course none of this is about my jealousy of not being able to see him live before he hibernates... I know he wants a beard, but man, I didn't know he was a real bear!

Or worse - he'll only be playing HUGE venues and i'll be the dwarf in a sea of giants. this is exactly what happened. the first time i saw him there was less than 75 people at the venue.

Yeah same for the Toronto shows. The one in May had like 60-70 people and this one was about 250. Although this has a lot to do with the show being announced more than 10 days prior....and Arctic Monkeys were playing the same night last time and a lot of people skipped out on Patrick to see them. . . But this can't be the only reason; it only added to the excitement in Toronto, although it became means for people to yell things out and be rude because he couldn't necessarily see them or they thought he wasn't paying attention, etc....it led to a couple tense/annoying moments, but overall the adding of people only made it better. It felt no less personal than last time if that's what you're suggesting large venues usually take away...

Let's say he were to play the ACC then I think it would make it less personal and just bah.

How does he bleach and dye his hair so much? 'Grandpa's good hair genes' or not man, that shit is gonna be damaged.
Yay P.Wolf & people who got to see him. I agree with Melba on the Lee's thing too, but I understand your point as well Victoria. I'm fine with him playing venues like Lee's, but preferrably no larger. I'm just glad that they did better on merch sales this time around so that he doesn't have to 'hang round in California trying to raise the money to go home' or whatever happened last time, and end up burning himself out again.
The other thing is that he seemed much happier this tour.

Alright, so I did hear him talking about his 'grandpa's good hair genes' after the show? haha....good, I am not crazy. an aside: I'm sure Patrick's grandfather hasn't changed his hair colour twice a month though, so good hair genes or not - damaged, yes. And yeah, sure LARGE venues, but I still don't really see him getting huge huge. Maybe I am still in denial. And yes, he did seem happier .
