Just looking at pw stuff on eBay and came across someone selling both Vulture and Hard Times CD promos, and he included a picture. Cover Art looks... interesting haha. And he's listed the release date as 8/6/09 so not long for that if it's to be trusted.

Yeah it's on iTunes for 79p - and I'll have to take your word about the guitar ^ For any iTunes haters, there are no b-sides or remixes but I think they come on 15th June - which wiki says is the release date.

bigger versions of the single cover (promo only): / For any iTunes haters, there are no b-sides or remixes but I think they come on 15th June - which wiki says is the release date. this is correct. and also what they did with the vulture single before it was properly released as an ep.

Hey, the bsides are: The Sun Is Often Out (Alec Empire Original Demo Mix) Hard Times (Alec Empire's Hellish Vortex Remix) Hard Times (Jack Beats Remix) Hard Times (James Yuill Remix) Hard Times (Circlesquare Remix) Bit annoying with all these remixes.. don't get me wrong, they're wicked (most of them) but I can't help but miss the b-sides that were crammed onto the singles off WITW and TMP... ah well, we've got the Conqueror to look forward too, dont really have much to moan about haha

I am troubled, how is it that itunes can sell a track as a single when it has yet to be properly released? Naive, I know

because we like to confuse you.
no, but simply just because we can... it's just like buying a track from an album, and it's effectively a taster for the single package, which comes later.

So would any Hard Times sells count towards the singles chart position when it is officially released?

Is the normal Hard Times song a true stand alone version or once again, just as Vulture, a simple cut and paste from the album master and thus not starting properly and having the start of Oblivion during the fade out?

So would any Hard Times sells count towards the singles chart position when it is officially released? not that i know of. Is the normal Hard Times song a true stand alone version or once again, just as Vulture, a simple cut and paste from the album master and thus not starting properly and having the start of Oblivion during the fade out? i couldn't tell you, i'm a heathen and i didn't buy it... maybe someone on here has and they can fill you in. there was a mistake along those lines with the hard times video too, rushy rushy. all i can say is i hope it is a proper stand-alone version.
