it worked for me today! But I didn't really understand if this was just a pre-order?

In the e-mail I got from bandstocks confirming the order it says: "You should allow 28 days for delivery of physical products." That would make it the beginning of June if it's from the order date.
And those asking about postage costs, it's added in and is listed separately on your bandstocks confirmation e-mail. So it's the £15.00 plus postage that you pay (probably varies depending on location).

ahhh it's still coming up with an error message about my card for me. i'm just glad the bandstocks people are really good, they've got back to me really quickly and are trying to sort it out and they even said not to worry as they'd reserve me a copy.

Thank you, TTYN (nina?) Yay! I've bought it! I'm really glad I did, i'm all excited about it! My mum doesn't know that I spent an extra 3 quid, but i'll tell her when she gets back from yoga. I hope it doesn't get lost in the post or anything.

Could they have made it any more of a faff to buy?
And what's with only some Bandstocks members getting the email or the five emails I got confirming my purchase? Whinge over.
Honestly though, if this album stands any chance of charting it's imperative as many people as possible buy it during the release week.

I found my 'credit card' issue resolved when I changed my address from a PO Box to a street address.

Hi isilme, That happened to me too, even though it told me it didn't work, apparently I have 4 ordered of them on my account and maybe more on my Nan's card
What did you do? I called clickandbuy and they told me to call DA Recordings who didn't answer.
I'm really pissed off because I owe rent which I can't pay for now.

SO I have received confirmation of my purchase from my credit card company and Click&Buy, but not yet from Bandstocks...Some people were saying if I hadn't heard from Bandstocks the order was not confirmed, but I have two other confirmations! So my question now is: Do I need to email Bandstocks with my receipts or something? I wouldn't be bothered except everything up to this point has been a hassle, so why would anything be different now?

Im still unable to buy this CD, i've sent emails to both bandstocks and clickandbuy with my error messages. Cliickandbuy said it was the merchants responsibility, and bandstock are yet to reply to me

And what's with only some Bandstocks members getting the email or the five emails I got confirming my purchase? . I had to use Click and Buy yesterday to download some music exam stuff and we got about six confirmation emails so I'm assuming that's fairly normal! I am hopefully going to order this, but all the faffing about looks a bit ridiculous...

Okey, I don't like Click&Buy, apparently i payed twice for my cd.. The same thing has just happened to me too, well, i bought it twice thinking the first time didn't work. I literally just sent an email to Bandstocks, and they replied with: No problem - we will notify the people that run the shop and get you re-imbursed for one of the them. I can only suggest doing the same, or sending an email and telling them that the money has been taken a number of times. They were quick to reply too.
