Yeah I'd advise everyone to email click and buy and request to delete their account after they have received their limited editions. Because I think in the small print after a year of having your account it charges you £1 a month or something like that. It's simple to do though Thanks for the reminder! Funny though when I went to look on how to cancel... "Do I have to cancel ClickandBuy? Cancellation is not required As a user, you are not required to cancel expressly, since you incur no charges or other obligations to ClickandBuy. All you need to do is simply stop using the system. If you want to cancel your membership, just send us an email, indicating your customer number. service@us.clickandbuy.com You will then receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email." Regardless I'm going to send them an email.

Regardless I'm going to send them an email. That is odd because Okay... just been looking on the Click&Buy website, and it seems there are some things which people may not know about and which i didn't know about. So here goes incase you've not looked: Maintenance fee for inactive accountsWhen your account has been inactive for more than 12 months and contains valid funds we need to charge a monthly maintenance fee. If you do not wish to be charged a fee you can reactivate your account by performing a purchase, funding or a withdrawal.1.00 GBP (per month) Hmm... This doesn't seem too great does it? BUT i also found this: If you want to cancel your membership, just send us an email, indicating your customer number. service@uk.clickandbuy.comHowever the words 'valid funds' may be the reason. Like say there is money sitting in your clickandbuy account. So I think that we'd all be fine as we've just used it as a way of making a payment and haven't used it as a place to put money.

Maybe...but I canceled it anyhow. Got an email from them saying they did it.
Hope I don't have to open another one up again when Conqueror comes out...

oh dear... I wasn't even the person who open the account for me.
I'd say you are right though, as we're not (presumably) storing any money in the account...they can't really take it out. That's probably what they mean by not incurring charges.

I'm so envious. I think I'm the only one left still waiting for the limited edition I ordered on day 1. The regular edition is on the shelves for 2 weeks now and I still only have a digital copy, couldn't read in the booklet or watch the photos :-( I am in Munich, Germany. Anyone else still waiting? I hope I'll get mine soon :-(( At least I found my name in the scans above, that's fantastic! It's now almost a month after the release and I still do not have the limited edition I purchased on day one. This is ridiculous. What's going on? What about the 2nd batch? Has this been shipped? I'm really disappointed. Will I ever get my hands on my edition? :-(

Bandstocks sent me an e-mail after I asked what's going on:
Julia, Really sorry - we are trying to organise the logistics to gety Patrick to sign more copies and he is currently in the US on tour. He signed a first batch that have gone out already but not enough to fulfill all the orders. Sorry about this - we will update you as soon as we possibly can, but yuo shuoldn't have to wait too much longer.

It doesn't change the fact that people who ordered their copies within the first week or even the first day have yet to receive them. Not to mention those that did receive them still had to wait nearly a month after release. Are they delivering them on horseback?

the order in which you ordered isn't an issue. they were sent out at random. there's no preferential delivery system here.

But I am curious as to how these were shipped, because people in the same location have been receiving them with weeks in between, and locations all over the world have been receiving them in the most bizarre order. And when they announced that only the first 1000 were sent out they said that if you were the first 1000 that ordered you were included in that. They told me personally through email that ordering within the first few days meant you were part of the first 1000 shipped. Yet I haven't received mine, nor have others that ordered within the first few days. It is all incredibly unorganized. It is also ridiculous that the people who financially supported the album before it was released, and then bought an expensive special edition cannot even receive the physical copy they bought within the same month of the album's release.

Two more of my friends here received their limited editions this morning... so there is still hope if you haven't received yours and it should have been in the first batch!
(the fact that it took nearly a month by mail is sooo strange, though haha)

to the people who have received the limited edition in Canada, I have a quick question. Did it come in the mail? or did you have to go pick it up at the post office. Also, was it delivered through Postal Canada or something else? (UPS, etc) Thank you, I'm still desperately awaiting my copy.

Came through canada post, in the mailbox, no signing or door-knocking or anything. Have you tried e-mailing bandstocks? They can probably tell you what's up.

Came through canada post, in the mailbox, no signing or door-knocking or anything. Have you tried e-mailing bandstocks? They can probably tell you what's up. I shall keep waiting then. Uhm, I did email bandstocks on the 17th of June and they said this, "Dear Chorn, Really sorry - we are trying to organise the logistics to gety Patrick to sign more copies and he is currently in the US on tour. He signed a first batch that have gone out already but not enough to fulfill all the orders. Sorry about this - we will update you as soon as we possibly can, but yuo shuoldn't have to wait too much longer. We hope in the meantime that you have managed to get your free download of the album so at least you can listen to it. Best wishes, Bandstocks" I really hope I'm not in the second batch, considering I ordered on the 9th of May. Maybe I should send them another email?
