just a note to say two things: doors are at 6:40pm for this event... patrick will be onstage at 7pm SHARP - this is because the gallery closes at 8:45pm. the show should last around 90 minutes.
people wanting to meet up: our main plan is for some kind of gathering at st. james's park, but that's only if the weather is nice (forecast is mostly sunny with a high of 25c but you know what the british summer is like). if the skies open or it's too cold to be lounging around on the grass, we're going to head to chandos, a pub in trafalgar square.
failing that, we'll see you all at the gig. don't be afraid to say hello.

the song about the bird is called 'the halcyon'.
oh god, that joni cover made me cry. i don't care who knows it. it was STUNNING. and his huge discussion about sarah beeny was hilarious.
i think suzanne got a bunch of videos, so look out for those soon.

I've never heard 'The Halcyon', but it keeps cropping up recently! Is it a new one, or a b-side or what?

I was there! I nearly cried during Wind in the Wires, I love that song. If anyone remembers husbandwifeheroin there and saw she had a few friends, I was one of them haha
