Just got back from tonights show which was amazing!! I really enjoyed it. Can't remember the setlist properly, but the songs I can remember him playing in no particular order are:
Oblivion Bluebells Damaris The Bachelor Count of Casualty The Libertine Tristan Who Will Theseus Vulture Magic Position
Encore: Battle Hard Times A&E
There might be a few I've missed. I would have liked a few song from Lycanthropy, but oh well. Also, I like all the love shown for Victoria by the crowd and how she got all embarrassed and hid. I would write more interesting things about the show but I am tired and have packing to do.

I had a great time, again. Hard Times was awesome.
I was in front of a girl who was determined to push me out of the way so she could get my space, but she picked the wrong person to try that with. I kept getting pushed into a girl with a white top on, so she's going to get a bit of a surprise when she sees make-up imprints of my face on her back.

battersea, I think I saw you retrieving that set list. More 'idots in the audience' tales- the fact Wolf had to address both idiot girls, one of which was standing behind me, in their requests for wind in the wires and wolf song- on the day of his new album release, surely you have the right to play songs from your new album? What is the world coming to etc

Did he actually play the Messenger in the end?
Also, I found it quite odd to see him in such a big venue, I'm used to seeing him play 300-odd capacity venues in Glasgow, was strange to see so many people so into it!
It wasn't the best I've seen him (probably due to the venue being a bit too big) but it was still very good
I'd have liked something from Lycanthropy though...

Sounds like a kick ass encore, but more importantly you got to hear the Bachelor! What was it like live?

MY FAVOURITE, the bachelor was my favourite live track form the new album.
The little introduction to TMP was so touching, it really resonated with me last night, ive never really felt it before.

Really brilliant, I thought he was even better last night than last time I saw him. That introduction to TMP was so lovely!

It was my first PW gig and it totally surpassed my expectations, it was that good. Patrick seemed genuinely happy to be there as well My friend who had never heard of him, who I dragged with me, now wants to have his babies.

that was most likely one of the best patrick shows i've ever witnessed. he and the band were on top form, and the renditions of the new songs were absolutely staggering. beautiful. patrick's outfits brought about a giggle from me but i was quite drunk, and i was worried there was going to be no banter because he barrelled through a good few songs before he even said anything to us. but then he did indulge us with little tales and titbits here and there, and it was lovely. usual complaints about the fans, i'm afraid: if you are a tall bloke and you stand in front of shorter girls, that is BAD gig etiquette, and you suck a fat one. you suck even more if you think that's a good place to stand and talk to your equally tall friend. if you are asked to step aside to let someone shorter in front, do not give back attitude, because i WILL be a bitch to you, especially if said shorter person is my friend. i will also be a bitch to you if you continue to talk throughout the show after i've politely asked you to go and talk somewhere else. rest assured i laughed my ass off at your flouncy bitch fit and subsequent storm-off after a few songs of me dancing obnoxiously against your back. tip: don't be a twat and i won't be one either.
i had a great time, sadly i had to escape the afterparty after a little while because i had a banging headache but apart from that... the best night i've had in ages. trannylicious. big ups, mr. wolf. i'm still buzzing. i can't wait to catch another show.

I was standing directly infront of her. She kept hugging me from behind, playing with my hair and even kissed me at one point. I was scared.

I really enjoyed the gig. I was drinking water with my friend because we both have stupid lousy hayfever at the moment, but it was still a wkd one. He was a lot happier on stage than i have seen him before, which translated into the crowd pretty well. Everyone was jumping around a heck of a lot. I didn't expect 'Battle' to be such a good song live this time; i saw it in Cambridge and thought it was pretty good, but yesterday it was rockin awesome!!! Plus the Hard Times t-shirt and the lovely new blue mug really made it sweet- yeah i know it's supposed to all be about the music, but i also enjoy having a good cuppa or two from a PW mug as well My friend Misty may have shouted something rude at the girl who just kept asking for wolf song....she just wouldn't let it go. It's not like he's touring lycanthropy dear...it is 2009!!

You were scared, oats? I thought that isn't possible? At least, that's what you said earlier that day...
It was a great night! Will post my photos tonight (hopefully, my computer at home seems to have caught a virus)
