Astoria is the same capacity, 2000 I think, and they were still selling tickets when I rocked up at about 7.30pm! Shepherds Bush Empire is very sadmaking though, the rake is appalling in the stalls, if you are standing at the back you see virtually nothing, and the sound is not great (although I wonder if that is down to the obnoxious talky talk crowds I have had to be a part ofmore than anything), I hope it is seated... but still, it is very beautiful inside and still has that nice old theatre vibe, and Christmas London date is very quaint and wonderful, I love Christmassy gigs. and I love that it was announced at 2 o'clock in the morning uk time!

Crap I think my whole family are going on holiday over christmas so I won't be able to go.. ...But if nothings booked yet maybe I can sway the leaving date till later.. because I would love to go to this, it sounds great, and I quite like the venue. Mind you its where my phone got smashed...my poor poor phone.

Hmm, I was hoping a date a little further away from Christmas. This probably won't stop me from trying to get tickets though.

Oh MY. I just read my email from Rhianne, saying she wouldn't be on the internet till the weekend. Saying can I text her, instead of her texting me if the London date is announced. Before I emailed back I thought, well I better go check then…. And guess what? Jesus, I need to go phone her. But first:
December 20th! That's the day my friends and I break up for christmas! This all looks so promising.

Patrick and the Spice Girls in one week. I must have been a really good boy this year.
Last time i went to Shepherds Bush Empire they had seating upstairs, so surely people can get seated seasts if they want to, no?

you might be unlucky, shepherd's bush is sometimes 18+, it was for Bright Eyes anyway.
