I think tikwid is lovely in a caustic sort of way. That's not the first time I've been called caustic on here Annabel, I'm not as thick as you'd like to think. I understand the concept of tongue-in-cheek, and god knows I know how to identify it on the internet as you've been clinging to that phrase like a child to a blanket over the last hour or so. What I was saying was that I wasn't being friendly enough to warrant an honest comment like that, and nor was I being vitriolic enough to warrant a tongue in cheek or even sarcastic comment. Hence I asked where it came from. See?

Caustic isn't a bad thing. I think. If it is, we're both bad.

Hence I asked where it came from. See? Sorry poppet, i didn't realise internet etiquette was quite so complex. I retract any comments i may have made. Better? Why the hell is etiquette coming into this? And do you want to label that as tongue in cheek again? And I really don't buy the idea of you walking around with your head high
