I listen to it on the bus on the way to school as well. It helps shake away any morning blackness.

he he! I'll be enjoying Patrick Live in... Paris later this week! Yoooooohoooooohoooow! ;D (merci Charlene! et oui, je t'aime très beaucoup en ce moment!!! ) I'll try to visit those place he's talking about in the song and in several interviews! Some kind of pilgrimage, I guess... About the song: I first heard it in a live version recorded in Amsterdam's London Calling (I think) and available for watching on the official web site => I was blown away (I who kinda "hate" accordeon). I love the fact that it tells a true story... but still, Wolf Song remains my favourite

Paris is the most incredible song, I agree. The transition from the viola to the breaks, it's just utterly amazing. It's one of the songs I always play to people first, if they haven't heard Patrick's music before.

I dont know which song I would play first to a Patrick-virgin... Paris is a good one... but I think I would play something from WITW first as it is a bit more conservative and probably easier to get into... then when they adore Patrick they will love Lycanthropy too... I found Lycanthropy a lot harder to get into than WITW... some of the songs are much more obscure, but WITW was easier to connect with what I was going through in my life at the time of release and it seemed to help me better, it is sort of a pick-me-up after Lycanthropy... anyone else think so?

*relieved* Hey! thanx for the link... I was wondering if anyone would ask "me" about Dalida and already anxious 'cos I wouldn't know where to start... PS: I didn't take this picture, I found it on the internet... When I went to Paris the only cemetary I visited was Père Lachaise and the pictures are in the "Black&White pictures" thread => patrickwolf.proboards37.com/index.cgi?board=cr&action=display&thread=1120041460
