My bad habits include drinking too much soda and eating too much chocolate. It makes my skin break out. I also say "like" too much. I need a thesaurus.

Hmm, what would be worse: a hypochondriac or a hyperchondriac?
I'm thinking that maybe the black knight from Monty Python was a hyperchondriac.
And okay, so I can't crack my nose! You both win. My neck is my favorite to crack.

Ummm, I constantly play with my piercings, especially my tongue. I know it's so bad. I "um" and "er" a lot and forget what I'm saying; but I don't like silences. I pick my nail varnish off. I used to chew everything CONSTANTLY, but since I got my tongue pierced it stopped.

Do you ever find yourself compulsively obsessing over whether you have OCD..? haha, i was like that for a while, then i realised that my "ocd-ing" wasn't particularly disrupting my days, and thought nothing more of it i have a bad habbit of exaggerating things.

my ocd is more of a severe need to have everything VERY organized...well not really organized, but more like planned out. my entire day has to have an exact thing i am supposed to be doing at a certain time or else i get flustered and get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONE. actually, i tend to really freak out when things are unplanned.
that is why my project is two days late. i lost my schedule book.

I do the biting skin around nails thing too, but I didn't realise there was a special name for it. Also, dunno whether this counts as a bad habit but I have a very very short attention span. I always have to have multiple things to do (drawing and watching TV for example, or reading and eating - so so bad) otherwise boredom strikes. And if on the internet, I always have more than four windows up so I can switch between websites when I get bored with one.

I procrastinate too. not always though, but with many things i do and find it sometimes to be a bad habit but sometimes useful too. Often i write better under the pressure of the deadline being tomorrow morning etc. What I shoudn't do though is to worry first for 5 days, then do the thing on the last minute (and being satisfied with it) - whats the point if the thing gets done in the end anyways? I think about stuff and then forget to tell the others what i was thinking, and just start explaining something assuming they heard my earlier oh so intense thoughts about the subject matter. I judge my own actions too harshly. eek i want to get rid of that one, i must. Reading flat on my stomach. It's really bad for my shoulders. Getting hysterical when somebody tries to tell me what to do with my life. Erm. eating too much chocolate. Starting to cry instead when i try to be angry at somebody! oh boys thats embarrassing.

Come on, procrastination isn't so bad! Perhaps it is more of a risky lifestyle choice.

Knitting. So bad. I just buy more and more yarn, then I rarely finish anything.
I procrastinate like crazy.
I put my hands in my pants when I'm really excited or super nervous. I didn't notice, someone else had to tell me.

I pull out my eyelashes/ eyebrows (not entirely, just so the loose-ish bits come out), and I chew my pen when I'm writing; I don't even realise I'm doing it half the time.

My OCD compulsions have to do with time and with hoarding. But I wouldn't call them bad "habits" because it's brain chemistry. :\

-I often gnaw the skin on my fingers, hands or arms. (or chew an object on hand.)
-Procrastination, surely, is another.
I probably have more but they escape meee. Can forgetfulness be a habit?
